I felt maybe he could have spot cleaned a little better. I have used your company before so I know your services are good. Yes, my carpets are old but i was a little disappointed on some parts, but who knows maybe it was the carpet.

Technician was very friendly, checked out the bedrooms before cleaning and keep us in the loop during the process. Cleaning was done in a timely manner manner and it dried in 4 or 5 hours

The person who did the work arrived on time. He was courteous and polite. He explained all of what he did and did a thorough job. Total cost was very reasonable. Though are carpet is 12 years old, it now looks almost new.

The people that have come to clean our rugs are professional, friendly, and do a good job. They try hard to communicate all the options before cleaning, so you know what to expect. Prices seem fair. This is a fair and honest company.
I had a bedroom carpet cleaned, focusing on a small traffic area. Many stains remained after the cleaning. In addition, the technician was not attentive to details coming and going through the house, also, left many scuff marks around the white baseboards of the bedroom. Very disappointed overall in the experience.
I like the low chemicals and fragrance of the products. I have found the technicians to be helpful and great at explaining the service benefits. The technician this time was right on time and very efficient.
