Did a great job on my carpets
I like that you use no chemicals as I'm smell sensitive.
From scheduling to completion, very professional, very satisfied
Make sure the carpet cleaner guy arrives when the SCHEDULER says he is going to arrive. Not 3 hours late. I had specifically asked to be the first appointment of the day (approx. 8am). The scheduler inserted another customer in front of me, so they didn't show up until almost 3 hours later!!!!
I loved that there is no harsh chemicals being put into the air and the results were amazing!
House smells clean after you have cleaned my carpets, not like soap and not musty. The carpets are dry in less than six hours and stay cleaner longer than if I use a soap cleaning method. Additionally your sales associates are prompt, friendly, and helpful!

contracted to clean tile and grout in kitchen and baths. Grout lines cleaning was spotty leaving dark sections that appear missed completely. Send a tech to review performance to determine if this is your best work.

The cleaning it did and the speed with which it was done. Drying time was very quick.
Traffic areas didn't get cleaned as I hoped. Water dripped on hardwood floor, only along the rug was it dried up.

The technician called ahead of his arrival, and was actually ahead of our appointment time. He was honest in his assessment of a pet-soiled carpet, thanks to the use of a black-light. His services were speedy and affordable. We will definitely use their service next time.
A stain was still present after the carpet settled back down.
My niece had a terrible reaction on her feet one time from chemicals from a cleaning and like that Zerorez doesn't do that. I've also seen stains reappear from rezadue and it drives me crazy.
People on the phone were very professional and courteous. Robert was very nice and showed up exactly when we were told he would be here. He did a good job on our carpet.
From the day I called to make the appointment, I felt like getting my carpets and chairs cleaned was going to be a "team effort". Jennifer was very helpful, friendly and professional on the phone. I was given a window of noon to 4 p.m. and I received a reminder call the day before the appointment. On the day of the appointment, I received a call at 11:45 saying that our technician would be Robert and that he would be there promptly at noon - and he was! He looked over the job and made his recommendations, giving us a price for extra/optional services. He started right away and had packed up and was ready to leave at 2 p.m. Our carpets and chairs look and feel wonderful again and I would not hesitate to recommend Zerorez to my family, friends and neighbors!
Carpet did not take a long time to dry. it wasn't soaked with water.
Robert did a great job of coming in and doing the price quoted. He didn't try to pressure me into any additional unwanted purchases.

The technician, Dave, was very friendly, professional and did an amazing job! Dave worked with me to make sure I got the best service for my money. He arrived early for our appointment! The pet treatment product smells wonderfully fresh and got rid of all the pet smell.
