I like that there is no residue after cleaning the couches and carpet. It looks so clean and soft again.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

I still have some spots that have resurfaced. David Marsh was awesome, he explained how the cleaning worked and the spots were not to come back up with the treatment that was done. So that was my disappointment! David was very professional and I would recommend him to my friends.

They did a very thorough a good job and when i had an issue with some spots in my hallway they promptly are coming out to fix it.

I thought they did a great job - was hoping a few more stains would have come out. Maybe if another spot treatment is done it might lift the stain?
