Great job, all of the spots were removed and the carpets look and feel amazing!

After the cleaning we checked the carpet with our black light and were still able to see cat urine. We were hoping it would clean better. When we use our own pet cleaner and spot clean we are unable to see the spots afterwards. We were thinking your cleaning would be better than our spot cleaning so we were disappointed. The technician was very nice though and he did do the stairs for free. And overall the carpets do smell better.

I realize that our carpet is not new - so hard to make it look that way. However, the two noticeable complaints are that not all the spots were treated - and showed up - and these were not 'pet' stains. I took my 'Resove' stain remover - treated the spots- and they were ok. The other complaint I had was that your machine did not go 'under' the kitchen cupboards causing stains, etc not removed.

My carpets are old but they continue to look great with every cleaning they get from you. This isn't shampooing so the results are much cleaner carpets that look clean a lot longer.
