The carpet looks great. I can't tell that the recliner was cleaned. I know it was because my husband was there but it doesn't look like it was cleaned
For some reason, I thought the rugs would look cleaner than they do. I'm not sure what the problem is.
I was introduced to Zerorez at the Home Show and scheduled a cleaning with the promotion (3 rooms cleaned get one free). I was a little taken back when the service rep charged me for an entire room when he did about a 3 x 3 section in one room and also charged a complete room charge for the landing area at the top of the stairs. He explained while I was there that I could use one of the rooms towards the extra fee for the stairs. I expected to pay extra for the stairs minus $33 (1 room charge)as I only had 2 rooms and the small areas at the top of the stairs and the small portion in the entrance.
I was able to get scheduled in right away, the technician showed up on time, and the results were great!
Easy reservation process, tech was there at the house when he said that he would be there. He was polite & professional.
Carpets look great!!
Friendliness of staff and serviceman was exceptional. I will be using them to clean all my carpets in the future

The technician was very professional and helpful. That being said I had paid $45 for a pet treatment for one room but one of the poop stains still remains. Also anything that is a red stain is still in all the areas that were cleaned as well. I am a bit disappointed with these issues but happy with how the rest of my carpet is clean and soft again and the friendliness and professionalism of the technician.
Results for price were less than expected.
The carpet appeared so much cleaner and Robert was extremely professional and polite.

You may have done an excellent job, but it is our experience that stains may reappear a few days after cleaning. I need a couple more days before I could say it was excellent. I need to look at the carpet with the sun shining on it to see if I think it was the best job ever.

Having to wait a four hour window for service on a Saturday. We're a very bus family and that took away a lot of time from us. I think I could have used my machine (I do regularly) and had the same results.
The day after we had our carpets cleaned I noticed that the carpet felt softer and had it's "bounce" back. You just don't get that kind of result with the other guys detergents.
Superior product and customer service. This is the company that I will always call from now on.

I was a little disappointed in the traffic area, but the tech explained why he could not get out the area's clean. Listening to the commercials it sounded like you could get just about anything. Magic Marker is worse then what I had. The tech's you sent out were very professional and courteous. I would use you again

THE CARPET LOOKED GOOD BUT THE STAIRS NEXT TO THE WALL HAD PAINT/TEXTURE COME OFF
I was very impressed when the vomit stains from my dog were almost removed completely! They were old, and I knew for sure I'd waited too long to have them cleaned (after trying really hard to remove them myself), but I have to look for them to see where they used to be! I can't wait to have house guests so I can show it off! Thanks so much!
