I was very happy with the profetionalisum and friendliness of the employees.
Wow, what a great experience. Your service representative / tech David Marsh did an amazing job cleaning our home. I have had my home cleaned with other companies in the past, but this was by far the best. David made sure that we understood the benefits of the Zerorez cleaning process and answered all of our questions. He made the experience fun and educational. We will definitely use Zerorez in the future. Thank you!
Product did an outstanding job on a carpet that had never been professionally cleaned (installed in 1993). It looks nearly new. Great job. I had cleaned it with my shampooer but it never looked sparkling like it does now. David was very professional and thorough.
The ONLY issue we had is it took approx 18-20 hours for our carpets to dry, unlike the 4-8 that we were quoted, other than that we are extremely pleased! see you next year!

The tec was a really nice guy and told me everything he was going to do include put spray on dog urine. And protections on the carpet. It cost me a lot more than 99.00 dollars but it was well worth it. Thank you so much.

The customer service is great and my mattress looks amazing! We've had our carpets cleaned too by several different companies and no one compares go Zerorez
Although the technician was excellent, I'm a little disappointed in the cleaning. Having owned rentals for a number of years, we found the best cleaning was always accomplished by those companies using "steam". And the best jobs were related to the amount of effort put forth by the tehnicians.
In our case, I felt there was a distinct difference between areas that had been covered and a high traffic area. The technician said the color difference was because of "wear". Not sure I buy that explanation. Our stairs and hallway were the high traffic areas and very soiled. I don't know if they came out as clean as I was expecting.
Finally, our technician said our carpets would be dry in about 4 hours. The reality is it took over 24 hours for most areas and almost 48 hours for the stairs to dry.
You mention on your web site that the advantage Zerorez has is the process you use that doesn't attract dirt (because of the soap residue)and that the carpets will stay cleaner longer. Hmmm........define longer? Why then did I agree to pay additional money to have a "protectant" sprayed on already clean carpet? What is it supposed to protect against and for how long? Time will tell I guess and my rating may change based upon the results.

The service guy was very nice and informative. The carpets were much cleaner and fresher than other cleaning services I've had before.

The rug has that fresh clean look and smell. It does not have the chemical order that other carpet cleaners leave behind.
Dave was very nice and professional. I had a few spots after it dried and he came back no questions asked and got them out. I am looking forward to my carpets staying clean longer. Plan on using you again for my furniture.
I had called and spoken to someone first about the situation which they thought they'd be able to take care of. They went out to treat the carpet and the tenant continues to have issues and sent a picture of hair from her vacuum that came out of the carpet AFTER you guys cleaned it (and after the company I usually use as well which does not say much for them either)and there was a lot! Unfortunately I don't think the cleaning did any good. If I could attach the picture of the after you'd be amazed how much hair was still in the carpet.
The cleaning wasn't done to your standards originally. We are scheduling a repeat so you are making things right we just haven't had the 2nd cleaning yet.
The technician was very friendly and answered any questions I had. He did a good job at getting the majority of the stains out especially since it hadn't been shampoo in years!

Show the bill before leaving. Was told the price but didn't see the itemized bill as it was emailed later so didn't know what the total price entailed. Upon reading the email bill, we were charged 10$ for a landing that I wasn't aware of beforehand. Was quoted for 3 rooms, hallway and stairs but then decided not to do the stairs. Still not sure what the landing cost is for.

Shorten the 4 hour window for service. Hard for some of us to block that during the week. Offer full house discounts or bi-annual cleaning for a flat rate. The tech was great and pleasant to work with. As was the front office personnel.
The carpet looks and smells fantastic after it is cleaned. The spots are gone and they do not return.
I was very pleased with how my older carpet looked. It was dirty, had spots in places and I wasn't sure it was really worth trying. I now fully believe we will get several more years from this carpet.
