No soaps used on carpets.
I am happy they are chemical free
You are on time, you don't use a lot of chemicals, and you do your best to leave the carpet drying as quickly as you can by using the fans.
Very nice smell and very quiet operation of the machinery. The operator was very friendly and willing to answer questions. I liked his attitude very much. The apartment looked like it had new carpet laid down when he was finished.
The tech continually left the door open while it was cold, and also did not offer change back from a cash payment. It was only 6 dollars so I didn't say anything but I would like the option of of tipping vs being forced to do so. Other than that it was a very easy experience and I would like to use your services again.
The results and friendliness of the staff
I appreciated the prompt quick service and your technician was courteous and cooperative to my request to revisit certain soil spots. Unfortunately my carpet apparently needs some
detergent to remove its stains at this time from the high traffic areas.
Although disappointed in the level of cleaning achieved this time, I feel it is the age of the carpet. I do like your service and will probably use it again after the detergent washing.
Our technician was very well mannered and kind. He went ahead and added the protectant to our carpet since we were paying the minimum service charge yet only were having one room cleaned..all at his own suggestion and offering. Very awesome! Your company has great customer service and the cleaning and price cannot be beat. I frequently recommend zerorez to friends and family. I appreciated your call to let me know you would have a technician in our area the next day too, since I had been meaning to schedule a cleaning but kept forgetting! Thank you!
Affordable price, and no chemicals therefore I don't need to worry about our children getting sick from any residue left behind.
We had to call another carpet cleaning company the day after Zerorez attempted to clean our carpet. The company was recommended to us by the local store (Luke's Carpet)where we originally purchased the carpet. He was able to remove all of the dirt from the carpet that Zerorez said could not be cleaned. The carpet now looks fantastic so we will highly recommend the second carpet cleaning company.
The technician was friendly,and very knowledgeable. The carpets dried quickly and looking forward to seeing how long the protectant lasts.
The Tech (Robert) was very informative and knowledgeable and Friendly. He walked throughout to see if there were any spots needing extra attention and got right to it. Very good at what he does.
I was expecting a quick fix for stains from whatever ingredient/dye is used in cat food since my long-haired cat yakking furballs had left a lot of ugly looking carpet. My goal was to have it look decent through the holidays and then new carpet. That won't be happening anytime soon since the carpet now looks like new! I'm thrilled!

Stains are better but showing again the day after shampooing
We had 2 urine spots from our dog and I was told the price was going to increase dramatically for "urine extraction" and something to do with the pad underneath. I agreed as we wanted those stains gone. The stains are better but I dont feel like the price doubling or more was justified as the stains are still present.
For our first experience having our carpets professionally cleaned we were hoping to get a better outcome for the price we had to pay. There were a couple light stains we were hoping hiring professionals would take care of it but it didn't.
Technician was very knowledgeable and worked to do the best job and added requested services on the spot. Liked the lack of toxic chemicals, detergents, etc.

I didn't have real high expectations for my carpet... But still felt disappointed with the outcome. I had thought that the high traffic areas would lighten back up a little bit... As they do when I have cleaned them myself in the past. I was surprised that the technicians were only here for less than an hour which makes me feel like they didn't try too hard to get them very clean. All that said they do look better than they did before but I probably won't call again and I'm definitely glad I didn't buy all the extra stuff they tried selling me for the animal stains.
Really appreciated the friendliness of the technician and he did a great job on our floors. Will definitely recommend yall to others.
