What could we do to improve?

I'm not sure how you can improve. We tried the Zerorez solution that we purchased for our rug shampooer and did not feel it pulled the dirt out of the carpet any better. We will try your product again and hope to see results.

Also, spot cleaning with Zerorez left a circle around the spot cleaned. Why???

What do you like about our products and services?

Te guy that comes and does the service is wonderful. The best thing is he listens to concerns about the carpet and areas that concern me. he really listens and then He works hard to get the carpet clean. His advice about the final treatment to keep the carpets clean was great, the carpet feels great, no sticky feeling like scotch guard used to feel.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

While our carpet was fluffed up and free of visible stains. We vacuumed the next day and were very disappointed to find our vacuum was just as full of dirt and dog hair as before Zerorez cleaned it. We paid extra to have any doggy odors removed or covered up, yet our dog went right to an old spot to wet when she had not wet in the house for several weeks before, and that is why we decided to have the carpet cleaned.

What do you like about our products and services?

My carpets are cleaner than they have ever been after any other carpet cleaner service finished cleaning them. Even though I can't see stain on living room carpet the technician said he didn't get it all out so didn't charge us for that stain removal. Your service is amazing!

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

1. Was misrepresented at home show to acquire service appointment. 2. Arrived Late after confirming arrival time. 3. Not moving furniture as indicated at the home show. 4. Left end table on leather couch and Recliner across the room from where it was originally. 5. Carpet was left almost as dirty when he finished as it was when he began. I Had hernia surgery just before the Home Show and was not supposed to do any lifting which I had to do to correct the way things were left...

The pre-roller brush was amazing. It was able to get the pet hair up out of my carpet even though I vacuumed really well.

What do you like about our products and services?

I like how the carpets dry so quickly and smell so good. Good quality of work done too. However, this time they would NOT let me use my $25.00 coupon off for the 3 rooms plus hall being done.

What do you like about our products and services?

Robert Cruz was our service technician. He was early, very efficient, thorough, professional and patient to explain answers to my questions. Our carpets were clean and looked good, and did not smell 'chemically' after his service. I called for service after seeing a service discount advertised in the local newspaper. But I was so happy with service I would have paid full price. I also bought a gallon of cleaner after Robert's recommendation.
