I like how easy it is to reserve a spot and pay ahead of time. Check in is just a scan and within minutes of parking a shuttle picks me up right at my car. I get dropped off at the right airline and coming back is just as easy. I will always use Parkibg Spot and highly recommend it to anyone!
Convenient, safe and efficient off airport parking
It is close to the airport and all covered spaces. I had an issue where I dropped my ID on the bus and didn't realize until I was already dropped off. I went back outside and saw another driver waiting to pick up riders. He radioed my driver and she found my license and came back to the terminal and dropped it off. Thank You, this saved my trip!

Getting a spot where I reserved is always good, that is always comforting. After that it was not up to the standard I expect from The Spot.
I stood by my vehicle waiting to be picked up for a minimum 10 +mins, I saw 2 different shuttles do pick ups, then leave for the airport. I walked to office to be told by a driver, I'm not going to airport, that's fine, I mentioned i had been waiting in the cold for 10+ mins, he radio'd someone that I would be standing at a certain spot. Throat driver forgot and left. So 1st driver comes out of office, saying they saw me enter on a camera only 2 mins ago, that was not correct at all, I don't appreciate someone assuming I'm lieing. He then said he would take me to airport and picked up a few others. By the time I arrived to airport, it was close to 25-30 mins later. This is the first time this has happened, so I'll give a break, I guess next time I'll blow the cars horn until they come and get me. Thank you
During the road construction at DFW it's a very convenient place to park. The van picks you up right at your vehicle, they load your luggage, and drive you to the stop nearest your gate.

How quick you get on the shuttle to go and to be picked up
Our driver Charles was exceptional. Upon our return from Thanksgiving travel he picked us up and was just great. He is one of your best employees in my opinion. I believe he mentioned he used to work for the airport but now works for you.

The Parking Spot is an excellent way to park when flying out of PHX. The cost is very reasonable and they get your to the airport in a matter of minutes after your park your car. And once you have your luggage when returning, they pick you up within a few minutes to return you to your car. I always tell others to use this service.

The person at the entrance gave us directions to the parking area we reserved and was freindly, The bus followed us to our parking spot and the driver helped with our luggage, and the transfer was fast. The return at the end of our trip was also fast and efficient.

The convenience and courtesy is awesome. This service takes away the worry and concern, especially for those of us who are airport shy and not familiar with the hustle and bustle of that world. This service gives us time to breathe and not worry about our vehicles, parking, or getting into the airport. I do hate that we have to go so far to catch the shuttle back from the airport, but that would be my only dread. I always get confused about getting to that airport shuttle area.
My main reason for using your service is the kindness of your drivers. I’m an older woman, usually traveling solo. I have a disability. They always help me with my luggage both ways. They make sure my suitcase is put on the curb at the Airport so I don’t have to lift it. They make sure my luggage is put in the trunk of my car when I return. I always feel like a person, not just a paying customer. You have NO idea how important that is to me and how much I appreciate that. Thank you for employing drivers that care about their customers.
