Usually courteous and helpful.
Either the vehicle or the driver on my way to the airport at 3:30 AM on June 18, didn't smell very good. The driver stayed in his seat and didn't offer to lift my suitcase onboard. I have a bad knee and getting up the steps and pulling the suitcase on is a challenge.
Easy to get too from 101 heading south, pick up and drop off at our vehicle.

Pickup driver gives location reminder
No one has access to car, I.e., car keys or access to parking lot.
I have used the parking spot a handful of times and I always feel well cared for. The longest I’ve spent waiting for the bus is like 5 minutes, which really isn’t bad. Every driver is always nice and helpful.
