Great location, easy on line reservations, affordable pricing, friendly staff, clean and safe vehicles, driver will help you with entire process to include pick up from where you park your vehicle, help you load up your luggage, take you to your airline location at the airport. And they do the same process on your return. Great experience.

Shuttles are mostly on time, staff is friendly.
Parking is covered. Shuttle usually arrives quickly to pick you up at your car. Drivers usually help with getting luggage on and off the shuttle. Drivers are usually courteous. The wait time for a shuttle to pick you up at the airport is usually minimal. Drivers take to right back to your car.

It was convenient for me. The employees were very helpful and polite and friendly. It was fairly easy to access the entering and leaving, even though everything is now done with technology and phones ! The shuttle was pretty quick about picking me up when I arrived back at the airport.
The one complaint I do have about the shuttle is that it is very very bumpy!!! I am not sure if you can do anything about that.

A no-hassle way to deal with airport parking. I just make the reservation in the app and it sets everything in motion. I especially appreciate the app on the return trip because it takes the guesswork out of waiting for the shuttle.

Conveniently located, the shuttle is fast, drivers are friendly and helpful. The shuttle comes often.
Convenience of it. The guy (black guy) that picked us up on Dec 22 around 10:30ish pm didn’t even say a word to us or anybody and seemed like he was miserable. No personality. Maybe have some training for drivers to be personable to their customers regardless what time of day it is or maybe they don’t need to work there. Other than that, I’m pleased and use The Parking Spot every time I have to fly somewhere.
