I am very happy each time I use your parking lots. This was the first time for international and my only recommendation is the pickup. It might be something you have no control over but for the pickup it would be so much better set up like it is in Domestic, it took me until the 3rd van to get on because people rush on in front of people who had been waiting longer.
Other than that your drivers are wonderful and all the lots are easy to get to

Driver when I returned was great.

Courteous, professional, and efficient. I feel like my car is safe in their your parking lot. The drivers are always excellent. I will say that, lately, I have had to wait too long for the shuttle to pick me up once I've entered and parked. I hope this is not a new trend. Also, I'm not thrilled that your prices have increased significantly.

Easy to book and so convenient.

Convenient to the airport, with prompt shuttle to the airport.

Pickup was petty good this time though the first bus the came to us drove past us to people down the row who arrived after and then told us they were full. Not too much wait at airport on return. Scanners are pretty slow for check in and out this trip

We appreciated the friendly service at drop off and pick up! We arrived home very late and were pleasantly surprised that a shutte was running. We had no wait time and arrived back to our car very quickly. Thank you for selecting friendly operators at the site and to drive the shuttles. Will definately use the Parking Spot 2 again!!
