When we tried to reserve a spot for our car during our vacation, I called the phone number listed and actually talked to a person instead of an endless menu. I stated that I was having problems making reservations online, and she connected me directly and immediately to the manager. He explained there was some tech issue and then proceeded to take our reservation. Loved that we actually talked to people and an immediate response which meant our reservation was done in a short period of time!!

I do notice, though, that there seems to be more shuttles for North than West which can cause more wait time at the airport.

The parking lot is conveniently located to the airport (ATL) and easy to find. The shuttles run frequently and are comfortable. On our return, we didn’t wait long for a shuttle to show up for our return trip to the parking lot. The pricing for the parking is quite reasonable. The only issue we found is that the driver did not assist us in putting the bags onto the shuttle. He stood on the bus and left us to lift the bags onto the bus. It would have been helpful if he got off the bus and assisted us. This has occurred on more than one occasion. Other than that, the service was fine. We would use the service again.
