The service has been helpful. Some drivers are more helpful than others. You may want to teach your drivers to identify their location by vehicle. On my last trip, the driver kept hold up the parking cards and saying the parking stall letters and numbers. Each time, everyone kept looking and him and each other blankly. We don't really think about the stall number b/c we have the cards. So everyone kept asking what kind/color car is it to identify if it was there car. It wasted quite a bit of time.
Somewhat a delay for leaving from Parking Spot as departing flight transportation, but very prompt on return. All drivers are very professional, respectful, and very helpful with luggage!

Your entrance employees as well as drivers are always so kind and helpful. The drivers get my suitcase from my car and put it back in for me as I cannot lift it. There’s no way I can park at the airport and they are quick to pick up even if a van has already left. They have another one there for pickups in just minutes at the airport when I’ve returned from my travels.
Easy to use. Morning shuttle was a little longer. On Monday, I was the only one on a shuttle. An African American worker, can’t seem to recall his name, was SO friendly. Had a great conversation, got some really nice life advice. Will use again. Whoever you were sir, thank you!

Scanning into the parking lot was no issue. I was promptly picked up and taken to the airport. Upon my return I used the app to see where shuttles were and requested a ride. I only waited 2 minutes before I was taken back and dropped directly off at my car. I enjoyed the services and look forward to using it again
