It's easy to reserve a spot online. Using the app to check in at the beginning of the stay & at the end to exit is smooth. There is very little waiting for a shuttle (either on your way to the airport or returning to get your car) & the drivers are all professional, helpful & friendly.
Easy access, buses run frequently and the rates are good compared to on premise. (Referring to the East lot)
Conveniently located close to Hobby airport, plenty of parking and frequent pick ups and drop offs.

I made a mistake when making reservation - chose wrong airport ! Called, explained what I had done and the attendants graciously accepted my reservation.
So easy and they take you right to the front door. We pulled in and a van was there before we even got out of our car. We were at the airport in minutes. When we arrived back home it was like he was waiting for us. I always use parking spot. I wish Dulles had one.
