The quick shuttle service and covered parking easy in and out

Nothing specific to note. You do seem to have more shuttle busses that other similar airport parking services.

But please note that when we returned from our trip, there was a very long line of people waiting for one of your shuttle busses. It seemed that there were a lot of flights that arrived within 30 minutes of each other and there were a lot of The Parking Spot customers who would be looking for a shuttle.

We think you could have better predicted, controlled and better served this massive line by querying (via AI) customers' returning times versus flights arriving.

Efficient and convenient with safe drivers.

The area was well lit. Once I parked, it took less than 5 minutes to pick me up. I waited less than 5 minutes for the shuttle to arrive to take me back to my car.

I appreciated the timeliness when it came to being picked up and taken to my car.

Convenience, proximity to the airport, price. The only negative are some of the drivers never leave their seats to assist with luggage.
