Also, attendants are very helpful. For instance, when exiting on Aug.18th, I mentioned to Jessica, the attendant on duty at the time, that my rear windshield was completely blown out. Jessica was very professional, took pictures of the damage and made a file for future reference. Her demeanor and experience really helped to put my mind at ease.

Service was great - but please fix your address for GPS - took us to a residential area

The person driving the coach to pick up people in the marking lot saw us looking for a parking spot on our way to the far row as we had been directed to stopped the coach and told us of a spot that had just opened up right near us. Waited for us to park and unload and was ready to whisk us and the few others on the coach to the airport. Really helpful and friendly.

All worked well otherwise at both ends of the trip. Also appreciated the coupon for a reduced rate. Thanks!
