The Parking Spot is organized, making sure each client finds a space and can board a shuttle as quickly as possible. They provide clear instructions, pick you up and return you to your car. The website is easy to use for reservations and payment. Staff are professional.

One criticism is that the wait for a shuttle back to parking has been longer than expected: not every time, but multiple times. We've been using the Parking Spot since iit was called Park and Ride

The facility is located very close to the airport, ensuring short shuttle wait times and direct transport to your specific terminal. Both the facility and the shuttle buses are consistently clean and well-maintained. ​The staff are truly exceptional, courteous, professional, and always ready to help. For this trip, I booked the uncovered valet service and called the facility once we landed back from our vacation. Being able to track the shuttle in real time through the app adds a level of convenience that takes the stress out of the return trip. When we arrived back at the lot, my car was already pulled up to the front and ready for us. They even assisted with loading our luggage into the vehicle. I highly recommend them for anyone looking for a reliable and high-quality parking experience.
