Mr Ambler was very kind to listen to my issues. I was graeteful for his kindness and help
Safe, affordable parking
Mr. Ambler listened to my concerns and was very kind and helpful. I truly appreciated his assistance.
Dropoff worked well. Finding the pickup point at the airport was more of a challenge.
Accurate & professional. Very helpful & willing to assist.
Easy to schedule, transport to/from airport is efficient, reasonably priced with options, and while I used to love a cold bottle of water on the way out, its current state is in disrepair.
Easy in and easy out, drivers don’t waste time to and from
It was very easy to figure out and a seamless process.
It's very convenient.
Quick pick up and delivery. Drivers are very helpful and friendly
Good price, but don't particularly like the "basic" parking. Shuttles drive by you when trying to get to the airport, then always drop you off last. So you pay the same, but get less service and no loyalty points. If you want the service that you are used to, you pay more. I will definitely be looking at other options in the future.

Convenient
Convenience and easy of
scheduling makes it great when traveling for a flight.
The parking is convenient.
Easy peasy, park, transfer to SW, very efficient! Upon return, again easy peasy, baggage claim right outside door, to my car!!!!
The fact that I can do it! (I’m 87). Prompts and directions are understandable even for no tech,
I love using The Parking Spot as there is always a shuttle available, however I did run into an issue the last time I parked. Because there were multiple planes coming in all at once I had to wait extra time for a shuttle which put me over my time limit by 13 minutes. Then I was charged a full day’s fee! I feel that is a little excessive for 15 minutes that was out of my control.
Nice staff, especially when helping load/unload my luggage on/off the van. Price is fair.
Generally fair prices and reasonable pickup and dropoff.
Easy to make reservations online and to park.
Close to airport. Shuttle follows my car to get on shuttle. Easier to load and no walking
Door to car. Friendly service.
The most easiest way to park and shuttle to the airport. Friendly staff and very efficient.
Quick shuttle pickup. Easily accessible. Ample covered parking. Reasonable cost.
