Shuttle picked me up quickly from my car park so I could make my flight on time. On my return, I didn't have to wait long for shuttle to pick me up at the airport.

Excellent service the spots are a little tight but very attentive on schedule wonderful unfortunately the pick up from the airport is not very clear but I think that's on the airport not actually the parking spot

When you first took over USA Parking the service went from a 10 to a 2, the pricing went up 50% and I was looking at other options. Since that time the service is now back to a 10, but the pricing has increased significantly. For a couple (my husband and I) who both travel for work and to see kids located throughout the country, the costs are pretty high and trying to use the discounts is difficult. I do love the premium parking and thrilled that has been added giving us parking space numbers because trying to find the car has been hit and miss and once you are close to getting home after a long trip this is long and tedious.
