I like that it has an option of covered parking and a shuttle is there fairly quickly to take you to the airport.

Everything is easy and efficient. Shuttle drivers are friendly and helpful. On our recent trip, we returned home in the midst of a winter storm. When our driver learned we were heading West to travel home he not only suggested an alternative route to I70, where traffic was backed up to a standstill, he made sure to point out exactly where to go to avoid the worst of the traffic. I’m sorry I failed to get his name, as he really went above and beyond.

I screwed up and book a space at Bush Continental but I was fling out of Hobby. They quickly switched my reservation to hobby and gave me a refund because it was cheaper at Hobby. I only park at The Parking Spot
Always good service. I feel like my car is safe. I just wish the app was easier to give a tip to the driver. I got off the shuttle and didn't have the QR code to tip him. :(
