Both drivers amazing.
Only waited 10 minutes for pickup back to car from airport. That was probably my shortest wait time with The Parking Spot shuttle, so I was very pleased.

I feel my car is safe while I’m traveling. Also I like being picked up at your car and helped with luggage if needed. Just wish the buses ran more often. We wait for a Parking Spot bus to pick us up at the airport and 3-4 Park and Go buses drop and pick up in that time.

It is easy to scan in and out. I've never had an issue finding parking in my preferred area. Shuttle service is usually prompt and drivers curteous.
