Everything! We can straight out of the airport and got on the bus. Both of our drivers were amazing- on our return trip he offered us water when we got in the bus and loaded our bags in our car when we got out. I’ll never use anyone else!

Once again, the exit terminal created nothing but problems for the car in front and me upon trying to leave. It didn't recognize my QR code on my phone or my account to automatically check my out. I had to get assistance from a wonderful shuttle driver. If this continues, I may be joining my colleagues at the airport terminal short term parking. The Parking Spot does everything exceptional for me (self parker) except trying to leave. The next time this happens, it will likely be my last as I'm usually exhausted from a combination of work and travel stress.
My first experience with The Parking Spot was seamless! I was promptly picked up at my car after parking and shuttled to my terminal.
