It was so easy to drop off the car and get on the shuttle. We lived in another city and utilized the Parking Spot and had to park our car and wait for the shuttle to find us to load. This makes so much sense! How nice was it to see our car ready and waiting when the returned back to the Parking Spot!

Quick pick up upon arrival at the parking lot. Instructions were clearly given of where to park. You were given a card of the parking spot number. We waited 5 mins for the shuttle at the Terminal. There were other passengers that needed to be dropped of before we returned to the parking lot. Overall satisfied.
