We paid for premium covered but were directed to just covered parking, no premium services . We should receive a credit for the premium price we were charged. The driver of the van on our departure day was an unsafe and aggressive driver. I was actually tossed a bit in the van. This is unacceptable.

The buses are always clean, and the staff is friendly.

Prices are fair but mainly the wait times for the shuttle service are phenomenal! I never have to wait when I park, and I don't have to wait too long when at the airport.

It was a lot cheaper than the airport parking. The staff is friendly and they didn’t leave an old slow poke of a man as he’s coming down to catch the bus on his return to paradise.

I like that it's a financially better option to parking at the airport and you get services like drop off right at the terminal and the shuttles are ready to pick you up at your car right away.

The shuttle driver to the airport was readily available to take us and helpful with our bags.
When being picked up we were just about to miss the shuttle back and the driver stopped to let us on so we didn’t have to wait in the cold. He also was helpful without bags.
