Efficient, reliable & safe. If your battery is dead they come right away to jump your car!
While I have discussed this issue with both Maurice and Reginald, when I parked at the Spot this past weekend, it came up again. Although this time I thought ahead to avoid past problems.
My flight was leaving from B14, however, I checked the DFW site and the security checkpoint is at B9 so rather than risk being left at the wrong place I told the driver to drop us at B9. To my surprise, he dropped us at B4!
Now my wife and I (both in our 70s) had to walk back to B9 and then proceed to B14. Come on guys, this is not rocket science. Please drop me off at the closest security checkpoint to my departure gate. I don't know how to make it any clearer.
I like how efficient the service is and how professional the drivers are.
