Easy in and out. The shuttle is always fast to get me to the airport. Drivers are always professional and helpful. I don't have to worry about somebody messing with my vehicle while I'm away. This is who I always use when I travel and drive myself to the airport. And the shuttle is right outside the baggage claim for me to catch the shuttle back to my vehicle.

Johannes was the best driver we have ever had, went over and above with his service. He would not let you touch a bag. All the drivers are courteous, but he was very good.

The only complaint that we ever have is the suspension in the buses. They will absolutely jar you to death. An upgrade on the springs would be very helpful.
