I just pull into the venu and The Parking Spot takes over. They load my luggage onto the shuttle and we are moved to BNA. Its a little cumbersome to hook up upon return. but , we figured it out. We were transferred back to The Parking Spot. They unloaded our luggage and after a brief delay loaded are luggage into the vehicle and we are on our way. Service is terrific.

Competitive pricing. Very organized. Shuttle arrived quickly after parking. Returning, shuttle wait was minimal. Dropped off right at car & self checkout was very fast. Employees were friendly. This is always our go to place for airport parking.

You have a lot of bans and the drivers are very kind. HOWEVER: the ban we rode on needed new shocks. The road is terrible and filled with potholes. The ride is BUMPY

The parking site is conveniently located near the airport. The shuttle drivers are friendly and courteous. Easy to make reservations online.

Usually, the pick up at the lot is quick, and I like that the attendant when you enter tells me which row to go to so I don't have to drive around to find a spot.

I have flown internationally multiple times in the past 12 months and have consistently been impressed with your parking services - specifically your shuttle drivers. On this last trip I had TONS of luggage AND a cat....Mike Kelly was my shuttle driver and he was beyond outstanding. He not only helped me with all of my luggage but waited for me to secure a cart to load everything.

When I came back with the cart he loaded everything onto the cart for me (except the cat). We also had a great conversation about Real Estate on the way to the airport which helped calm my anxiety. I truly value 5+ star service and I sincerely hope and trust that you value your employees by giving them 5+ star treatment as well. Keep up the good work! I will continue to use your services all over the country where you are available.

This service is efficient and secure. Shuttles run very frequently, little wait time. The drivers are courteous, knowledgeable and so helpful with getting you to your parking location, great help w heavy suitcases.

I love to use The Spot 2, but the last 2 or 3 times have been very frustrating. Only one person had to help up to 10 cars because the lane that is completely automated usually has a non-working machine. It’s too slow at the end of a long day/flight. It’s not a good experience.
