Everything is good but... after hour wait times are a little longer than they should be. Usually 30 to 45 minute wait for me.

The staff is excellent. I wish the shadows looked better. The shocks make for a very bumpy ride occasionally. We have to wait about 10 minutes for the shuttle, but otherwise, the service is great.

I liked that you park your car and just stand in front of it and they come get you and when you arrive back they take you right back to your car
Driver was very nice and talking to everyone and actually had a toddler in a stroller with his mom in front and he was talking to him lot while driving and cutting up with him about driving and making sounds to make it fun ride for him
We were last ones to get off when we got back from our trip and he actually got our suitcases and other bags off and put them in our trunk for us

I choose the Parking Spot because you have a lot of shuttles that run consistently. I used to park in the long term parking at the airport but the shuttles didn't run consistently. please make sure to keep the consistency.

Easy to make reservations, check in and out, points to get free parking, shuttle service t pop and from airport, customer service, security and safety of my vehicle.

The parking spot is clean and well organized, easy to get into and also to get out of. It seems that we get to the airport quicker. Getting picked up when we return is always pretty fast.

I appreciate that this parking lot is close to the airport and is very convenient.. I have the parking spot app on my phone and I reserve a spot in advance. I also appreciate that I’m able to pay at the point of making the reservation or I can pay when exiting the parking lot after my return. I love that Delta employees get a discount which is tremendously helpful for me.. I’ve had positive experiences only with this company so I’ll continue to park my car there..
