The friendly service
Fast pickup and drop off. Very friendly
Quick pickup from parking lot and from airport. Lowest price when using uncovered basic.
Great place to park, kind bus drivers!
Tariq our driver was awesome. Went above and beyond on an issue I had. You need more like him.
There are some drivers, specifically on the day that I returned, they just "drive off" when they see a patron approaching the vehicle, by "frantically waving" and the bus was not full. This I did not appreciate after a long flight and waiting on my luggage inside the airport more than the allotted time.
The STAFF!!! I always know that my questions will be answered, and a bus is right there when I park. They are kind and always helpful. Whether I'm coming in or going out, someone is always there. My arms do not reach the payment box. There is always someone to help me.
I love the Parking Spot. I feel safe coming and going at odd hours.
