Everything! The convenience of being picked up and dropped off at my car. The driver handling my bags is awesome. The perks of cold water when departing the lot. The sunny disposition of the driver is a plus also. The security of knowing my car is safe while I am traveling. I always park in the “covered” lot. Maintain all of the benefits above while keeping the cost low is very important to me. As a result I will always park there.

Entering and exiting the Parking Spot was easy with the QR code. The only thing we didn't like is that the van attendant on the return flight expected us to load and unload our own luggage. Every other time we've used the Parking Spot, the van attendants went out of their way to help, so that one unfortunate occurrence doesn't affect our rating or future use of your business. Thank you.

The entrance staff member is always helpful. On my last visit, I got Row 1 which was nice.

Great Deal for American Airlines Employees. Only complaint is the trouble I have with the credit card reader at checkout. I almost always have to have the attendant process it in their booth. This even happens with a new one I just got.

It's convenient. When you park the shuttle is there within 5 minutes and the prices are outstanding.

Very organized from entry into the facility to pickup by the shuttle.

Also, you have enough trips that my last two times I didn't even have to call for a pickup. The shuttle was passing terminal as I exited.
