Easy to spot your van

The reservation was very easy to make online. Once arriving at the parking lot, I just scanned the QR code, that was given to me after placing my order online, the gate opened and a representative told me which aisle to park in. Once parked, a driver was there to pick us up within two minutes. It was a seamless operation. I would highly recommend parking at The Parking Spot.

- The size of the shuttle and the size of the parking spaces in covered parking. When there are a lot of big, long trucks parked there, it is hard to park my car.

The covered lot is fine but Lot 2 does not have as many busses to pickup passengers as there are from JFK or Will Clayton #1 locations. We had to wait around 30-35 minutes before we could catch a shuttle.
