Everyone has been really good to help me. But the warranty that I bought was not good. My suv has been there for three weeks because of a backorder part and I had to buy a used vehicle to get by. Not anyone's fault there but really frustrating.

The Brand speaks for itself! Ross’s customer service sold me! After 45 years of customer service and sales in Corporate America my expectations are very high! If I don’t “feel this” in the first few minutes I am typically out the door! Conversely his no pressure approach and truly listening to my wants and needs delivered within an hour! Unbelievable! We both saved time, energy and money! Great model to roll out everywhere!
