He made certain I knew where the lounge with complimentary waters, vending machines and restroom was located. He reviewed my service report thoroughly. He wanted to be certain I was 100% satisfied. I have purchased a total of 5 KIAs and they have all been awesome vehicles. The last four I have purchased at Don Franklin in Somerset. The service department associates are very nice and courteous. The sales associates are patient, knowledgeable about their vehicles. If/when I decide to purchase another vehicle I will most definitely go back to see them.
