My daughter is using my car and the service writer helped her tremendously. She went to Lexington Hyundai the day before and they had the worst customer service we have ever dealt with. They told her it would be November before they can get the car in and you guys got her in the next day and fixed the cars issue.
I went in for a recall service on the seat 2021 Kia Telluride. We have been talking about getting a 2027 Kia Telluride. While I was waiting, I mentioned it & everyone was very kind and helpful. Answered questions and did not try to steer me to the most expensive by no means. Sales not pushy or overbearing as we have felt in some dealerships. They listened to what I wanted. Took time to look at my Kia. Then told me they would be in touch. I am waiting to hear from them. Absolutely top service and sales.
