That what you all say u All back it up an ur staff is the best specially Jen the other little girl an all ur employees are helpful. My fiancé bought a car there this past year brand new and I’ll probably be looking for a new truck myself. I’m a Chevrolet person as long Chevrolet all my life. I got like five pick up trucks two tow truck and so I’ve done a lot of business even wilson brother had it, but you always have come way above that and made it a better place to trade with and deal with my name is Name removed. I’m proud of y’all.

Well I guess I thought it was fixed to quickly. Everyone i talked to about it said that it sounded really bad! When you called & said it was finished , I cldnt believe it. I just hope & pray it works for awhile! This car has been so much trouble in the short time I've owned it! I guess I need to say thx for getting my car back to me so fast.....

It's not as much about the product. It's more about the people and service, Don Franklin's service people, make you feel welcome, they keep informed of any additional mechanical issues and services.

Service department is courteous and efficient. Quality of the service appears to be very good. I do not like the 3% charge on the credit card.
