I liked how efficient the service department is ran and the waiting area is too notch.
My service was done in 30 minutes including tire rotation which I questioned. My tire pressure light was on when I left and I assumed it would reset when I started driving. It did not and checked my app and realized my rear tires had lost 10 and lost 11 pounds. Not happy!
I like the fact that during service visits other areas are checked for safety and maintenance concerns.

They performed all services that we requested to be done. It did take longer than estimated, but we had planned for that because repairs almost certainly always do. The play room is the real star for people coming in with children. They were out of water, but thankfully a staff member got us some cups and let us into the staff room for some! Super thankful she went out of her way for that.
Our car is functioning as normal, no issues have come about so it looks like everything went well!

Service department at Don Franklin Chrysler. Gary and Blake are very courteous kind, and knowledgeable in their line of duty. Providing excellent customer service and experience. The environment that they represent is hasslefree I’ll also providing quick service when . To me Chrysler/Mopar has always made and produced quality parts. However, the JEEP that I own right now had to have a steering dampener replaced a 24,000 miles which created a death wobble in the steering, which from my understanding is a common issue with jeeps. However, the part has been revised and hopefully this issue is taken care of. I have always drove Chrysler vehicles. I’ve been happy with the products that they do offer.. I understand that the manufacturers are always gonna have some issues with certain parts. With that being said in a perfect world you still can’t win em all. However, I still can put my trust and confidence in those at Don Franklin Chrysler.
I like that this dealership treat customers as family, willingness to help and support.
I appreciate the shuttle service as well as a female they’ve never tried to convince me my car needs something just to make a sale. They always advise that I may need to do such and such in the next 6 months to a year.

What's not to like . Sales representatives are kind and courteous and they will go above and beyond to assist their customers. The sales representatives will not stop until they can get what their customers are wanting.
