Emergency room very organized, attentive and efficient. Never expected anything along these lines at an ER. Flawless care. I'm astounded.

3/4/2026. I presented to the Emergency Room with a pounding heartbeat in my head . I was so miserable, and feeling fatigue. MRI and EKG was perfomed and according to the attending physician. there was nothing wrong with me. Despite explicitly informing the attending physician and describing my heart beat so severe at work and pulse in my head, and i have history of anemia, I had to stop working, no blood work was done, no assessment was done
Immediately following this filled ER visit i followed up with my primary PCP . My lab results today shows hemoglobin of 7.1 mg/dl , a critically low. That should have been resolved at ER.
I was also given a referral number to follow up with ENT , upon calling the number i was told that BSW frisco did not send any referral leaving me unable to access follow up care for my on going symptoms. I was deeply disappointed with the care I received only coming out with a bill of 5000 dollars. I'm still experiencing the same symptoms.
All the staff were so great!!! Lisa rn got us all set up the 1st day and was awesome... Annabelle helped durning birth and was fabulous..... and Allie durning after is why it seems like a easier post partum. There was not a single nurse that wasn't attentive and knowledgeable!!!! We really appreciate all thier hard work!!!!
I only have an issue with the anesthesiologist. He was not cooperative with me and my questions asked. I will elaborate more. In the survey
Staff is wonderful, facilities are very nice and clean.
Everyone was so quick and effecient. I do want to give a shout out to my nurse, I believe Brooke was her name? She was so kind and caring and I really felt very comforted with her there.

Alix was my night nurse for labor and delivery. Absolutely wonderful and so precious! Anna was my day nurse and I truly do not think I could’ve had my baby without her, she’s truly a gift. Y’all are a lucky hospital to have her and every parent/ baby that gets to know her is blessed.
I liked the way they treated patients and their services and staff was very helpful, I would definitely recommend the hospital.

I had a great labor and delivery experience at Baylor Scott & White Medical Center - Frisco. The nursing staff was amazing. The Labor and delivery nurse Rachel P. Was great. She was extremely supportive and guided me through the process since this was my first baby. She made the experience pleasant and easy. Morgan who was the night labor and delivery nurse was also amazing and was very kind. Connie the next day labor delivery nurse was also very helpful and kind. The whole nursing staff who was assigned to me and my baby girl was great and I can’t thank them enough for the support they provided throughout the process.
The cafeteria breakfast and lunch was great. I wish there was more seafood option.
The room was amazing and spacious.
I love the MOM365 service, I was able to get amazing pictures of my little baby.
