Check in was breeze even with them training someone it wasn’t too bad. Now the young lady can’t remember her name but she did my ultrasound she was wonderful. I just was grateful to be in present at a such difficult time was very caring at a time i didn’t feel my best.
Didnt run liver enzymes test. Which was high. Nor did they run thyroid test. Didnt run complete blood work. Not even ferritin.

No major issues - some issues with data sharing between systems and transparency in billing, but the quality of service is strong.
I like the hospital did not look or feel like a hospital on the outside and reception area. The staff was extremely personable and listen before answering my questions or concerns.
long wait in both waiting areas and our request to have the EKG that was done our first trip was never sent to our heart Dr and I left a voice mail with no response.

Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. From the front desk clerks where I checked in to the nurses prepping me for surgery. I would definitely recommend this hospital to friends and family, as well as using it again myself.
I felt that the emergency room physician who discharged me was extremely dismissive of my medical concerns. My symptoms were largely attributed to hormonal changes without what I felt was adequate consideration of the severity of my condition. The interaction left me feeling unheard and unsupported. As a Black woman, I couldn’t help but question whether implicit bias may have influenced the way my concerns were addressed. Regardless of the reason, the experience was both disappointing and disheartening.
The facility was clean and organized and the staff were friendly and helpful.
