I recently had to visit the emergency room at Baylor Scott & White in Frisco, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience during a difficult time. The staff here is world-class; they treated me with incredible compassion and made sure I was comfortable from start to finish. I was particularly struck by how quickly they were able to see me and how thoroughly they addressed my concerns.
It is rare to find an emergency department that balances high-speed efficiency with such a personal, human touch. Every nurse and physician I interacted with was patient, professional, and attentive. I am so thankful to have such a reliable and high-quality medical team right here in our community. They truly went above and beyond for me.

The nursing staff was amazing, they went above and beyond for us. The facilities were clean, their protocol was taken seriously (use of wristbands and badges). Everyone from the cleaning crew to the kitchen staff to the nurses made the experience excellent.

I had too many calls from the hospital about prepayment of hospital fees , they didn't want to except payment plan and this argument were continuing for 4 days .It was very distracting to have calls while I was at work and couldn't relax from pressuring on me. It was going on until day before surgery when payment plan was accepted.
I waited in the surgery waiting room for 2 hours with no update on why things were delayed.

Very professional and caring from the front desk to the attendants, nurses and doctors.
My intake nurse, Rachel was amazing. She made me feel so comfortable and that is priceless when going into surgery can be so stress inducing. My anesthesiologist Laura was also great and I felt very comfortable and confident going into surgery. Recovery was also smooth. Coming out of anesthesia went as well as could be expected and I was very well attended to get ice chips, peanut butter crackers, ginger ale, and hot green tea to sooth my sore throat from intubation.
