The intake nurse was very difficult to understand, because of her dialect. But she took her time. Most everyone else was very friendly & helpful. Positive experience. One humorous experience was, as I was being ready to leave for home, the nurse who was removing my I.V. needle from the back of my hand, was talking to me, with instructions for home, and after removing the needle, put a pressure gauze on my wrist with a wrap to hold it in place. Only problem was that the needle location was 3 inches above the wrap! No problem! She was very nice as well.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. They were very personable and I felt like they really cared about how I was feeling. I didn't get everyone's name but Chessy, in pre-op, was excellent and took care of anything I needed. She also did a super job in getting the IV in. Stephanie inn post op was great too. Took care of me during my recovery. I can't remember the operating room nurse's name but he was great, too. The anesthesiologist was very nice and did a great job of taking care of me. Of course Dr. Royer is the best, great surgeon and very caring.
Very friendly staff impressive facility and competent people. My only comment would be my procedure was at 9:20. We pre-registered and we were asked to be there at eight. As I was fasting and had zero sleep the night before due to the procedure. I was anxious to get in and get the procedure done. I would prefer a closer time to the actual time of surgery or procedure.

The receptionist and escorts were very kind and helpful which made it easy to navigate the admission process. Each of the nurses were excellent and took very good care of my needs. My doctor and his staff were professional and he I felt comfortable in their care. All the way through recovery and the entire experience I felt that I was well cared for.
