My recent surgery experience at Baylor Scott & White – Frisco was exceptional. From check-in through discharge, every step of the process was smooth, well organized, and reassuring. The entire team consistently put the patient first, and it truly showed. The doctors and staff were knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely caring. I’m grateful for the world-class care I received. Thank you to everyone who played a part in my visit.

Nurse Adam was awesome caring and attentive and offered full support ! X ray tech and ultrasound tech were very patient and helpful and understood I’m deaf and we’re slow to explain and understand. Drayden MD was obviously uninterested and zero compassion /empathy. Makes you look terrible..
The staff and their professionalism and care. They go above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable, and thoroughly prepare you for any procedure, even if it is just blood work, etc. The care here is top notch.

I liked everything. The bed was very comfortable, the nurses were very lice and considerate. Dr Sidhu was very considerate and the anesthesiologist was very lice. I just enjoyed the whole experience.

Efficiency and professionalism
At almost 70 years of age (nope, I don't look it!) and so many PCPs along my path, never before have I ever had a Primary Care Physician like Dr. Evan Calmenero. He, along with his staff, is exceptional and more. Dr. C. always makes time to spend with his patients to make sure that all of their questions and concerns are answered before they leave.
Another big bonus for Dr. C and team is that for each and every appointment I had with him over the last couple of years, not once .... not even once has he ever been late in seeing me at my appointment time.
Dr. C. has a gentle and caring manner - a stark contrast from my last PCP. Dr. C actually listens and is genuinely concerned for his patients' wellness.
I cannot recommend Dr. Colenero highly enough. He sets the gold standard for what primary care physicians should be. Bravo, Dr. C.! // First name removed J. Przeracki
