Great service!
They were prompt, the staff was professional and helpful when I was in great pain. The doctor was knowledgeable and professional.
The friendliness and professionalism of all the staff.
We were greeted at the Reception desk promptly and with a welcoming smile.
Of course my doctor was great. She was running a little ahead of schedule. My CRNA and all of my nurses were friendly and professional. They moved quickly to get me into the procedure room.
As a retired RN, I appreciate the updated bed and wheelchair. Overall a wonderful experience!
attention to detail.
The pre-registration process is excellent, and the associate service on call is very helpful for scheduling appointments and managing payments. On the day of delivery, the nurse did an outstanding job setting things up. I would like to specifically commend Nurse Alix H for her exceptional care, attention, room organization, and communication. She was with us during labor and made us feel very comfortable, even impressing our doctor with her organizational skills. All other nurses provided excellent care, and we have nothing more to add. The postpartum service is also excellent, with the nurse taking great care of me. However, I would like to mention that there was a limitation in the availability of pads and heat packs. Whenever I requested more, I received only a limited supply that lasted only a couple of times. I even received very limited supplies for my new born, like diapers and simlac baby formula. The nursing care is excellent, and the discharge instructions and process for both mom and baby are very smooth and easy. Overall, I highly recommend the services provided at this hospital to all expectant mothers.
Finally, the food service is great and we liked all the options provided, food is fresh and delicious. Thanks
This was the first time in my 59 years that I was asked to make a substantial upfront payment for hospital services. I felt as though I were being treated like someone attempting to obtain medical care without paying, despite the fact that I have never had a past-due medical bill.
I was told that unless I paid 70% of the approved amount upfront, I would not be allowed to proceed with my scheduled procedure. Given the excruciating pain I was experiencing, I felt I had no choice but to make the payment on the spot. Had I been unable to do so, I would have had to leave without receiving the necessary treatment and reschedule the procedure at another facility.
This experience was particularly troubling because my husband underwent surgeries in February and March, and neither hospital required any upfront payment from us. After his insurance company paid its portion, we received an invoice for the remaining balance, which we promptly paid. This has always been my experience with medical care, and I have never before been required to make such a significant payment before receiving treatment.
The way this situation was handled left me feeling helpless, humiliated, and deeply distressed at a time when I was already in severe pain. I understand that hospitals have financial policies and procedures, but I believe patients should be treated with dignity and compassion, particularly when they are seeking necessary medical care and have a history of meeting their financial obligations.
I hope you will review this situation and consider whether this policy was applied appropriately and whether there was a more compassionate way to handle the financial aspect of my care.
The opportunity to have an appointment on a Saturday or a Sunday was great. I didn't have to take off work or worry about dropping off a kid somewhere or other items that I would have to worry about on a weekday. It made it challenging to make an appointment.
I had surgery on August 3rd. The moment we walked in everybody was extremely nice and informative. The surgery process was extremely easy to get through. I ended up staying the night and everybody took such good care of me. I would definitely recommend to anybody needing care.
I had the most amazing experience delivering my baby boy at Baylor in Frisco Warren parkway. Every single nurse, lactation consultant, doctor were incredible and made us feel so safe, well taken care of, and comfortable. I couldn’t imagine a better experience. I was so nervous about labor and post partum care prior since this is my first child. I will never forget all the people who took care of me and my baby. You all are angels. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
I had an excellent experience at Baylor from beginning to end. Every person I encountered was kind, attentive, professional, and genuinely caring. The entire treatment team made me feel comfortable and well cared for throughout my stay.
What stood out most was the communication. Everyone kept me informed about what was happening, what to expect, and the next steps in my care. I never felt like I was left wondering or out of the loop.
From the nurses and doctors to the support staff, the level of care was exceptional. I truly appreciated how smoothly everyone worked together as a team. I couldn’t have asked for a better hospital experience and am incredibly grateful for the care I received.
Great care
Great services from the front desk to the back. All the nurses that helped my son were really nice. The entire staff was really nice and helpful.
Professional, thorough, super nice, prompt. Every staff member we encountered was very helpful.
The care provided was exceptional!
Great facility, reception staff, nursing staff, and even the most helpful valet.-
They were quick and judge free.. very caring and friendly... to be honest i hesitated to come because the last time I came. The doctor who saw me seem as if I was not important and did not care, but Dr. J and nurse Adam, they were outstanding, I loved them. I told Adam that I wish whenever I get a shot that he can always administer it to me. Because I did it pain free with extra caring love... thanks yall two.. oh, and front desk has always make me feel welcome
From a dr
Very smooth experience. Surgeon, anesthesiologist, and nurses all did an outstanding job. Facilities were great. Check-in was simple. Everything went on schedule and I was on my way home much earlier than expected.
Amazing Nurses,Doctors and Team♥️
Very good service!
The staff and doctors were amazing
The staff was very efficient and outgoing. My procedure was accomplished with efficiency and perfection.
Exceptional care from start to finish! The team at Baylor Scott & White Medical Center in Frisco is professional, friendly, and genuinely attentive to every patient’s needs. Being in the hospital—whether awaiting a procedure, facing a medical crisis, or simply dealing with the stress of the unknown—is never easy. Yet the staff here goes above and beyond to make a frightening experience feel manageable and reassuring. I hope I won’t need future care, but if I do, Baylor Scott & White Medical Center in Frisco will be my first choice.
Friendly, cut above people,
I arrived at 10:00 a.m. The doctor in charge saw me for about two minutes, asked a few basic questions, briefly examined my abdomen, and ordered blood work and imaging.
At 11:00 a.m., my blood was drawn, and around noon, I had an ultrasound. At approximately 1:00 p.m., I asked if my bloodwork results were back, and I was told they would find out. By 2:00 p.m., I still hadn't received any updates, so I asked again. About 10 minutes later, the doctor finally came in with my results.
He spent about five minutes explaining that it appeared I was experiencing some type of pregnancy loss, but that he couldn't be certain and that I would need additional bloodwork through my OB to confirm what was happening. I was finally able to leave around 2:30 p.m.
Overall, I felt like if I hadn't repeatedly asked for updates, I might have been sitting there much longer without anyone checking in with me. Ironically, the person who seemed most interested in speaking with me was the billing representative. Before I left, she asked how I planned to pay. I told her I would pay once I received the bill, and she responded, "Well, you should have said you wanted to be billed."
I honestly didn't know what to say to that. This was my first time in the ER. I was there because I was bleeding and concerned about my pregnancy, and I didn't realize I was somehow expected to announce upfront that I needed to be billed. The entire experience felt impersonal and poorly communicated, especially considering how frightening and emotionally difficult the situation was.
I was very pleased with the staff that took care of me both at the reception, the waiting room, operating room and the recovery room.
Recovery from surgery on 8/4 was a horrible experience. I was in so much pain and nauseous. Tried to get my nurse, Jay, to help me. He was too busy talking to other patient next to me who was a 22 yr on the job police captain. Jay told him about his own military experience and how he had tried to get into the police academy. This went on for at least 20 min (had clock in front of me) while I was mumbling the word Pain, trying to get Jay’s attention. I had dry mouth and coughing so had trouble speaking. He finally turned around to help me. Went to get pain med only to come back and tell me it would take a few minutes as the pain med cart was being restocked. Finally got pain meds, Jay then started another long conversation with same patient. I had to interrupt him again and ask to be taken to the bathroom. After having many surgeries in the past, I’ve never been so neglected like this! Hope other patients don’t have to go through this.
Fast and thorough.

Every one was fantastic. I had a great experience, especially with the nurses. Rachel was personable, and all of the nurses that cared for me were sweet and comforting.
