The labor & delivery team was amazing!! I arrived and was 9cm dilated and they worked fast! Vanessa was so sweet and she made me feel like I knew her for years. Something about her just helped me let go. She encouraged me through the contractions. She would counted and remind me to slow my breathing and that I could do it without the epidural. (No time for it.) the postpartum team had great bedside manner. We appreciate everyone who cared for me and my baby girl. And for also being nice and inclusive of my husband. May the Lord bless all of you. I prayed for every single person who would tend to us and the Lord delivered with good people.
The reception of patients was very welcoming. First impression is extremely important, especially for those who may be there for something they are afraid or worried about. It was a smooth annd nice experience.

Professional while being personal and friendly throughout the process. All nurses, anesthesiologists and intake personnel were great. Facility was exceptional with great personnel who thoroughly explained everything including discharge instructions which they explained but also gave in writing which was very helpful.

This is my second time delivering a baby at Baylor Scott and white frisco. I had my first child at Baylor Scott and white frisco back in 2024. The great experience I had with my first baby at Baylor in frisco brought me back to deliver my second baby at the same location. The whole labor and delivery team was amazing. I am speechless. They are very caring, compassionate, supportive and very knowledgeable team. I didn’t have any bad experience at all during my stay. I also work in the health care field and I know it’s not an easy job but the labor and delivery team at Baylor are true healthcare heroes. They are beyond amazing and I wanted to say thank you so much for caring for me and my baby non stop and made my stay at Baylor unforgettable.i am so greatful and thankful for the whole labor and delivery team.

Baylor is truly an outstanding place. My wife and I had our first baby there, and our experience exceeded all expectations. Every nurse who cared for my wife contributed to making our experience exceptional, and they truly represent the organization at its best.
I have never encountered such a high level of compassion and empathy from healthcare professionals. In particular, the two Anas and Emy were incredibly helpful and made a lasting impression on us.
We are extremely grateful, very happy with the care we received, and would gladly return in the future. 100% satisfaction.
