The professionalism from all the staff starting with concierge staff, the nurses, and doctors. My experience was excellent. Everyone was very pleasant and professional. Dr Clyde Collins is competent and knowledgeable in his area of expertise.

Incredibly friendly and knowledgeable staff.
They did not run any tests to confirm my diagnosis and the doctor seemed very rushed to get me in and out of there. I told them I thought I had strep and wanted a test but they did not tell my until I was already being seen that they didn’t have the ability to run labs like that which didn’t make sense if you all are connected to the hospital system. I’d they would have been transparent about that up front when I mentioned it at check in I would have gone somewhere else. He also gave me a very low dosage of zpack and things only got worse and I ended up going to the ER the next day to actually have tests run and they upped my dosage and gave me steroids as the swelling was pretty intense.

All the staff was extremely helpful and made myself as a new mom feel so comfortable. The food is outstanding. I truly loved every min being there even with a c section. Thank you to everyone!
