The nursing staff was incredibly organized, and the surgery process was seamless . Everyone was kind and I felt like I was in great hands from check-in to discharge. Great facility and people!
The labor and delivery team and postpartum nurses are absolutely amazing. We had truly amazing people around us. My CRNA, Jay, was compassionate and thorough, offering humor and quick relief from pain. Theresa and Anna Claire in labor and delivery were literal angels by my bedside as they helped me through complications after birth. They were my cheer leaders and kept me calm. Lactation, nursery who cared for our little one when we couldn’t, house keeping and dietary support, every person, be they doctor or nurse who entered our room was amazing. Thank you!
My experience at Baylor Scott was beyond my expectation. From the moment I entered the hospital, the receptionist was friendly and courteous, and very attentive to my visit and purpose. I was taken care of from the start to the moment I was released to go home. I even received a call later to check on my condition and status after surgery. Dr Ryan Mooney has been so attentive to my well being and confidently took care of me during surgery and I look forward to my follow-up meeting with him. He was and is an amazing caring doctor. Thank you doctor Mooney, and all the nurses and the anesthesia doctor, Keith Smith. God bless you all.
From patient receiving, the chaplain, the surgical nurses, and the recovery nurses, the experience was great. The night nurse in post partum, Kimberly, was amazing and absolutely what I needed after my procedure. She was so kind and knowledgeable. Thank you!
Prompt attention and excellent staff
Clean, organized and all of the staff were very professional.
Facilities clean, office workers efficient and friendly. Doctor and all but one nurse were caring, efficient and very conscientious. Every movement and procedure was explained to me before done. The problem I had was with Karen who was to put an IV in my hand. She didn’t get a ven the burst time, but got something. This occurred the morning of July 6. Here are a couple of picture. Today is Tuesday, July 7.

Non-functioning public restrooms. Rudimentary patient facing IT far behind LakeForest. Received. Scary phishing like email to login. Took me to a page to fill in information including numbers I didnt have. Felt like phishing. Front desk staff not helpful. When i had waited well over an hour I went up for status. Her answer - you still have a paging device so they havent called you - like I was an idiot. I knew I had the pager. I knew I had not been called but I asked for help amd got none. She didnt even touch her technology or look at her screen, just blew me off like I was a senile, old man.

I was serviced by your ER medical team 3 times in June due to kidney stones
Everyone took my condition seriously along with CTscans to rule out the other problems
I might have had and to locate the stones.
Thankfully, after this last visit I have not had an occurrence and I am blessed and want
to stay healthy.

The staff went above and beyond from the nurses to the kitchen staff and housekeeping. I will definitely recommend this hospital to everyone I know.

I received the best care on June 5th from the Doctor and Nurses in ER. Everyone was kind and considerate. They took the best care of me. I highly recommend Baylor ER.
Expand the L&D/Mom Baby department!!! It’s really hard to want to deliver there after multiple push-backs with induction dates with both of my pregnancies. The facility and staff are outstanding and that’s the only reason I still chose to deliver there.
The staff is so friendly. My nurse and dr Cardenas were incredible care and bedside manner

Prompt and professional service
The personal care and service were so good that I feel like coming home.
My nurse, Bo, was very kind, patient and knowledgeable. The wait was minimal and all the staff was lovely. My issue was resolved as quickly as possible and I was discharged as soon as I felt well enough to leave.
Always human and compressive treatment
2 hours & 15 minutes behind on a day surgery.
Lack of pain control.
Feel like cattle being hearded around.
I got a infection after surgery due to lack of sanitizing.
Your failure to connect to Baylor network and having to tell all my medical history while other Baylors have no issue seeing it then I was told its becuse your a doctor invested Baylor not a true Bayloe Hospital.
Demanding the medicare deductable up front instead of billing me and telling me the the Hospital is doctor invested and they demand there medicare deductable up front days before surgery.
I wouldnt take me dogs here...there vet treats them better then I was.
No one knows whats going on.
