Pre Op nurse was an angel . She puts Care in Health Care literally. Patty Nicole and Bella were all great also. Patty put me at ease w her sense of humor when answering why I had to take off my underwear too.

Labor, delivery, and postpartum at BS&W was an absolute dream! The nursing team was phenomenal (Dawn and Lisa in labor and delivery were soo awesome!) and the whole experience felt like a hotel resort stay. Thank you for making my birth experience such a positive one!
I came to the emergency department with a severe migraine that needed immediate treatment. Despite being admitted quickly, no doctor came in for over 30 minutes because it was the middle of a shift change. I have been admitted here before for the same issue, and the hospital should have had a record of the treatment and medications used previously. Instead, I was repeatedly asked the same questions by the nurse, another nurse, and then the doctor, even though this information should have already been available in my chart.
Because of this, my treatment was delayed for about 45–50 minutes, and the medication I was given this time was different from what was used before. While the migraine itself was eventually treated, I was left with shortness of breath as a side effect of the medication. Despite this, the doctor discharged me without fully addressing the new symptoms.
Overall, I felt rushed, overlooked, and not properly cared for during this visit. My doctor, Kara, did not seem attentive or demonstrate the level of care that a patient in severe pain deserves. I hope this feedback helps improve the experience for future patients.
