Free coffee for my driver as well as muffins and pastries. The waiting room was comfortable with plenty of space so you didn't feel crammed together at all. The walk to the prep room was also short. Plenty of parking. Just a good overall experience.

Tanner, my pre-op nurse, was fantastic. He was very professional with a touch of personal thrown in. He was very knowledgable about my procedure and answered any questions I had. It was very nice to wake up in the first part of recovery and have him there. A familiar face!

I could not speak highly enough about the care I got the morning of my visit. Not just an ER visit, but pretty much any medical visit I have ever had...Dr Brockman was exceptional as were all of the people who attended to me...I am so embarrassed that I don't remember al the names, save for Bryan...but everyone was gracious, professional, conversational and had great sense of humor, which I personally think has an important place in an ER. Before I left I told Dr Brockman 1 on 1 and then the entire staff, that we all know the state of our world today...and if we had more people like all you, this world would be a much better place. One of the more meaningful experiences I have had in a long time.THANK YOU to the entire Staff... You represent the medical industry so very well ... And You all change the world one patient and one day at a time, even if it goes unsaid at times

Very kind informative staff
EVERYONE was lovely. As an experienced nurse and a nurse leader, I'm very picky (occasionally judgmental, I'll own it!) but zero complaints or unmet needs with the BSW Frisco organization. Huge appreciation for my nurses--Kristine (pre procedure), Inge (procedure), and Rachel(post procedure...she is truly fabulous). I'm sorry I missed her name, but the front desk attendant was kind and efficient, as well (we had an ATL connection!). Dr. Sidhu was impressive in his kindness and expertise. If I stay in the area, would seek his care again.

Having surgery is intimidating but from check-in the process is warm and friendly. The waiting area is like a hotel lobby. Labs are done in a personal room. The staff were all upbeat and encouraging. Even through recovery it never felt I was being rushed out. The pager system allows family to not feel confined to a waiting area. The coupon for a meal is a great idea.
