The entire staff that I encountered were great to work with
The ER doctor did not have a bedside manners. He seemed to think the patient was just another body walking in and didn’t really care to help. He was very quick. I would never go back to this ER or refer anyone because of him. It seems as he doesn’t care for patients. The nurses were caring and friendly.
The staff were all so knowledgeable and caring. The meals were amazing!

Excellent experience.
I went to the emergency room for stitches. I was in and out in just over an hour from beginning to end. Everyone was friendly and professional. The doctor took his time explaining my follow up care in detail. I received a phone call the very next day to check up on me. I was very pleased by the experience. I do not hope to have to return to an emergency room, but if I do have to I will come back to this hospital.

The people. They are very professional yet very personable and caring at the same time. We felt very comfortable and very relaxed from the moment we entered the door. The receptionist, the person that greeted us and the one that took us back (even though she was not part of our team) the ones that greeted us when we went into the room to prep us, all the way through getting to surgery, through the surgery, recovery and out the door… everyone - very professional, yet down to earth, nice, caring, cordial and super friendly. I just can’t say enough about the entire team, it is very apparent that they love their job and care deeply about their patients.
We recently delivered our baby at Baylor Scott & White Medical Center - Frisco, and the entire experience was exceptional. Every single member of the care team—from the nurses to the doctors—was compassionate, professional, and attentive. They made us feel supported and well-cared for during such a special moment in our lives. We are so grateful for the outstanding service and would highly recommend this hospital to anyone.
Staff and nurses were exceptional!
Everything seemed organized, everyone was nice and helpful (which isn't always the case!!), and the card with signatures was a nice touch too. My dad accompanied me and was impressed by the breakfast coupon too - great customer service!!
