Amazing facility, helpful and friendly clerical and medical staff, nurses and doctors.
I came in with possible PE post surgeries. Not one staff member assessed incision or surgical site for infection or any other abnormality. But overall a good experience. Unfortunately it’s a low level ER. They have to transfer you if you need more extensive care.
Genuinely friendly and warm, professional, and they all seem to love what they do!
Nurse and Doctor were not very friendly and dismissive. They seemed annoyed I was there although the ER was empty and I was the only patient there.
There was 1 nurse who was nice and friendly, but she wasn’t my nurse - she just came in to assist my nurse.
BSW is very organized with their hospital organization. I love it. The Nurse that did my pre op was wonderful. My veins are very small and she was the best of the best. thank you.
Love the doctors and the staff.
1. The nurse said she cannot keep giving me fresh robes - this is when i was bleeding in the corridor.
2. My twins received used blankets that had bobbling like crazy.
There were many more issues but I dont even nnow if you will contact me so whats the point of tuping more

Its a great facility and the nursing staff is amazing, they are very knowledgeable we had a great experience with nurse Annie from labor and delivery and all the postpartum and nursery nurses. I highly recommend this
Meghan Hansen MD knows what she is doing and is awesome at her job! Totally love her. The anesthesiologist was kind and very receptive to my situation of conditions. I loved Christine at Pre- Op and loved talking about life with Marcie at Post - Op! I will never forget Taylor in Post- op as well. Her message on her name badge did justice to her demeanor- It read - Be Kind! Thank you to all from the bottom of my heart! Name removed.

The facility and all of the staff treated me, my partner and my baby so well! It truly was so reassuring especially during such an intimate time bringing my first child into the world.
