Absolute compassionate care. The nurses were excellent - Cindy, Carol, Ingrid, Tyrel. The docs were superb - Dr Burleson continues to impress.
Every single staff member is amazing!!
So very organized and friendly!
I’ve been to this ER several times over the years and each time I’m more disappointed. The most recent visit the doctor was in there probably 20 seconds. The nurse placed a topical medication on my wound that I specifically told her I was allergic to upon my arrival. I was asked for a urine sample and wasn’t even told what it was for. I found out the reason when I received my bill. Everyone is overall friendly, but it’s just disappointing how healthcare has become.
Just the kindness of the staff, attention to detail, and the expertise
Amazing nurses and clean facilities
The staff and nurses were so kind and attentive to everything I was needing for my stay there for the birth of my twins. I would highly recommend Baylor Scott & White Frisco Campus to any moms.
The staff was very caring and helpful. We also found the food to be good quality and the building seemed clean and well maintained.
Very good and as scheduled .
Fast friendly and knowledgeable staff. I felt well taking care of
The pre-op sign in, blood work, and EKG were all handle very well, on time , and an easy process. The day of surgery I was all set and only had to show up on the time I was given, check in with my ID, and wait until I was called for my6 surgery. It was great!!
The pre-op Nurse I had was wonderful in explaining everything, getting me ready for the surgery, and made me feel very comfortable. This was the first surgery I had without ant anxiety.
I had the most amazing experience with Labor and Delivery. As a first time mom I was incredibly nervous to give birth. My L&D nurse Carly truly made the entire experience so amazing. I got checked in right around the same time Carly started her shift and got to spend my entire labor and delivery with her. I immediately felt so comfortable around her. She was so knowledgeable, calm, informative and deeply compassionate. Any question I had she calmly answered or reassured me. She also brought such a human element to the whole experience making me feel so comfortable during such a vulnerable time and also confident in myself that I could do this. She went above and beyond just showing up and providing care, Carly made my entire experience perfect treating me more than just a patient but a new mom navigating a scary time while advocating for me and my needs. I truly will never forget the kindness, patience, and genuine love she showed me and my husband! Because of her what started out to be such an anxious time for me turned out to be the most perfect and memorable experience. She was an answered prayer and I believe God handpicked her to be my nurse! Please be sure to recognize her for her extraordinary care!
My nursery nurses were also SO amazing! Morgan, Missy and Ana Maria were so helpful and attentive! I initially was so scared to send my baby to the nursery but they were so knowledgeable, sweet and reassuring I was able to trust in them and get some rest! They were truly angels and I wish I could take them home with me!
Lastly, my postpartum nurse Melissa was amazing! I was so happy I got to have her. She was so helpful that last day while discharging. She was so informative and helped me feel confident and comfortable leaving the hospital! She answered so many of my questions and also brought such a personal element to the experience!
Terrific staff and facility.
I explained my concerns despite being able to barely talk after my tonsillectomy. All I was given was IV and morphine and sent home. The pain, swelling, difficulty breathing, nausea and vomiting have only gotten worse. I was also advised to take Tylenol PM after my surgeon had said not to because I’m only 88 pounds. I felt very misunderstood and like my complications weren’t taken seriously. Just brushed off and told this is “normal”. I even threw up in the parking lot right as I walked out. The morphine didn’t do anything but make me sleep while I was there for like an hour.
Quick and great service. Thank you.
Great services and people. Very fast and friendly.
I have had multiple surgeries at this hospital and the staff is so accommodating and sweet. They take great care of me and have great senses of humor. Help with distractions to keep the stress level down and are very professional. The facility is clean and located nearby so very convenient.
People were so nice and so supportive of our time and needs, nurses were wonderful
The process from start to finish was amazing. The doctor actually examined me and took the time to listen to my concerns. The nurses were great and attentive as well as the CT Scan tech. The whole process was efficient and one doesn’t have to wait half the night to receive care. I am very satisfied and thankful for this ER facility and their staff.
Everyone was professional and friendly. Very well run organization.
Everything went smooth, from the check in to post op. Very friendly & professional staff
Everyone is so pleasant and it runs smoothly. Facility is very professional and extremely clean! Very pleased with my experience as a patient.
Everyone we dealt with was very professional and friendly from registration preop, through
checking in for surgery through recovery room. I am retired operating room nurse and I was pleased with everyone we encountered
The hospital is well maintained, very relaxing setting, and the entire staff was more than impressive during my visit.
Atentative and courteous.
Every time I enter a healthcare setting, I do the same thing: I tell them about my adhesive allergy. I say it clearly, I show the pictures of what adhesive does to me, I watch someone type it into the computer, and then, almost without fail, someone peels the backing off a bandage and presses it onto my skin anyway.
I understand why this happens. Healthcare workers process hundreds of allergy flags per shift, most of them flagging mild reactions. After a while, the red alert on the screen becomes background noise. I guess “allergy fatigue”, and I genuinely empathize with it. I understand the load of clinical work is enormous, and not every allergy flag carries the same weight.
But here's what I wish more providers understood: adhesive allergy is sneaky in ways that make it easy to underestimate. The reaction is often delayed, showing up hours after the tape or electrode is removed. It's not a drug allergy, so it doesn't fit neatly into the mental category of "serious." And when I state my sensitivity/allergy to adhesive, I guess it can come across as anxious or difficult, but I'm just trying to protect my skin from blistering.
All adhesives make me itch, leave marks and potentially blister. The Tegaderm is fine, the outer sticky edge with the adhesive is the danger. Paper tape pressed on too hard and on too long will irritate my skin and yes even cause my skin to scab.
This is my friendly ask: when a patient tells you about an adhesive allergy, please take it as clinical information, not as anxiety. Ask what reactions look like. You might save someone a week of recovery from a reaction that was entirely preventable, as well as the extra money for the trip to the dermatologist’s office and the prescription creams to fix the skin.
I'll keep showing up and telling you about my allergy every single time, I will even show you the pictures. It would mean the world to feel like that information actually landed and I was not treated like I am difficult or trying to be special, I just want to be safe.
Everyone was very nice and the process was very efficient
The nurses and staff were great and everyone focuses on answering your questions without make you feel dumb to ask and really educated you!
Anna in L&D was incredible!

Great staff and doctors, very well taken care of facilities!!
