My doctor hardly spent anytime with me or asked any question about my neuromuscular disease. She also referenced the wrong hospital charts and refused to discuss my concerns. I was over charged for the short amount of time she spent with me. She should have referenced my Clevland clinic charts and looked at UK instead. Horrible experience and a very judgmental doctor.

Very friendly and helpful staff from lobby check-in to surgery recovery. Very impressive. It is a very nice, modern facility with everything necessary for great service. I have used Dr. Schwartz for 2 rotator cuff operations, 1, 14-15 years ago and the second now in 2026. My outcome from the first surgery was so good I did not even consider anyone else.

Check in was easy, the front desk person was soft spoken and calm...just what you need when checking in for surgery!

Dr. Laura Beadley did a fantastic job during my delivery. She was very professional, calm, and reassuring, which helped me feel confident and safe during the entire process.

I would especially like to appreciate Nurse Brainne, who took care of me for almost 12 hours. She was incredibly patient, caring, and supportive. She constantly checked on me, explained everything clearly, and made sure I was comfortable during labor. Her encouragement and kindness made a big difference during such an important moment.

Overall, the entire medical team provided excellent care. The staff were responsive, compassionate, and made sure both my baby and I were well taken care of. I truly appreciate the dedication and professionalism of everyone involved.
