The Wi-Fi signal was really weak while we were there, so we struggled to be able to use the TVs, contact friends and family, and get work done.

Everyone was great from the front desk to the nurses and MD. Doctor actually listened to my concerns and that is hard to come by these days unfortunately.
The staff (doctors, nurses, registration group, everyone) were kind, compassionate, and helpful. The facility was clean and well-stocked. A number of comfort items (for example, warm blankets, small snacks in the recovery room, etc.) were available. I needed an ultrasound-guided IV, and the person who did that arrived very promptly as soon as I got there. There was also a lot of attentiveness to both my needs and my comfort. A good experience overall.
The nursing staff in pre-op and PACU were AMAZING!!! They listened and cared for me as a patient but more importantly as a person. Even though my surgery was nearly 3 hours late, the nurses still made the visit there worth it. Your front desk staff is also great and made the check in process smooth and easy.
I appreciated everyone's kindness and felt reassured that they would do everything to take care of me.

Everyone that took care of me made it a wonderful experience. I loved all the postpartum nurses, the nursery nurses, the techs who took my vitals, the dine in room service people, the anesthesiologist, and labor and delivery nurses were honestly the best. I could not be more grateful to have been taken care of by them.
The nurses were amazing. Everything was amazing. I’m very thankful for the on call Obgyn, since things progressed so incredibly quickly my on was a few mins after delivery.

The entire process from pre-op to post-op was very efficient. No wasted motion or time. The only exception was waiting on the operation theater/prior procedure, resulting in a delay in my procedure. All staff were very friendly and most caring. This was my first experience with this hospital and my wife and I were very impressed.

I was informed that I would be given an injection by front office then the PA tells me they can’t do injections so it was a visit I could have done somewhere else
The L&D hospital staff are very friendly were attentive to my needs and of my child. They made sure all questions were answered and procedures explained fully and we were comfortable. It is like a small family. Many nurses such as Olivia, Priscilla, Irene, Stacey, Courtney, Latoya, Jessie went over and above during my son's and my stay. If I've forgotten names please forgive me.

I felt the doctor who treated me- Dr Bond- was disinterested and didn't take my complaints seriously. As such, I ended up in a different ER yesterday and am now under the care of an ENT specialist. Seems to me Dr Bond should retire. Given what I described were my issues, you'd think he'd have at least looked in my mouth, at my throat, and felt my glands- no type of exam was done at all..........
