Facilities are 5 star. ck in was easy. I believe her name was amy...she took me back and was so awesome and sweet. kept my mind off what was coming. talked about her childhood and mine. she was awesome. Collins MD and OR team were great.
I did not come out of anesthesia for well, if my wife was not there i would have really struggled. I was chocking very badly and nurse was no where to be found. my wife had to help me.

It took over 3 hours to get an x-ray. There were no other patients I could see or hear, so not sure why everything took so long. The x-ray process itself was excruciating painful due to the hip injury area. The x-ray could have been done standing, but I was told it's "Policy" to do this in the room on a plate. I left in far greater pain than when I went it. The only positive I can say is the nurse was helpful and attentive
