All staff was very informative and supportive.
Everyone who took care of me and my baby from labor and delivery until my discharge knows what they are doing, very knowledgeable. Specially Jessica and Marqueza they keep me calm during labor, Stacy for taking care of our baby and for giving us very valuable education on how to take care of her. Olivia for very thorough discharge instructions.

Staff is always friendly and professional. I rarely wait when I arrive for an appointment, and if there is a wait, I am kept up to date on the status. All of the physicians have been very knowledgeable, helpful and caring.

All of the nurses were so hospitable and made me feel extremely cared for and comfortable during labor and postpartum. The nursery team helped care for my baby when I was exhausted and they helped answer any questions or concerns I had.

Check-in occurred quickly and we were escorted to a treatment room. Nurses were professional and caring. Doctor was excellent. He listened intently and explained tests and next steps very well.

When having our first baby, the nurses and doctors did such a phenomenal job making us feel encouraged and cared for throughout our entire stay. They made sure I was doing well physically after labor and took incredible care of our baby girl throughout the night after she was born. We are so grateful for the kindness, attentiveness, and support we received from the whole team.

The staff in pre and post procedure area were great and communicated with my spouse who was the patient very well and kept me updated.
When we first arrived to check in for his procedure, the employee that assisted us at the front desk was coughing multiple times during our interaction. She did not have a mask on. I am a retired RN and walked into your hospital with my mask on because that is pretty much my routine so I was disappointed to have that interaction with the first person we came in contact with.
The entire process was done very efficiently and professionally. In addition, everyone I dealt with was very personable and checked with me to be sure I was comfortable and that I had any and all questions answered regarding my procedure.
