The whole registration process was straight forward and efficient. The staff was welcoming and very good about keeping us updated on status and timelines. The facility is top-notch as well.

Service was very disappointing
Cleanliness of the facility and interaction with staff is always most important to me. Everyone was so nice from the staff checking me in, to my surgical nurse Tanner, and mostly my night nurse Katie Meeks. I had a rough night managing pain and getting adjusted but she was with me all the way.
I was cared for and all staff were attentive. My experience coming out of Anastasia was rocky but staff was there to make sure I was ok.
Easy check in process, didn't have to wait long to get called back for surgery prep.
Very professional and super friendly staff, no matter the role. Everyone there made this stressful situation (gallbladder surgery) non-stressful. I am very grateful for everyone involved.

The nursing staff were all amazing, attentive, patient and informative anytime I had questions. My entire birthing experience was talked through and smooth even in post partum. The room service is very nice and the food is very good!!

Doctor unfortunately came in literally touch my stomach and said go to the nearest ER, which I did and was doubled billed after advising me I would not be billed.
