Very professional, caring for patient
Easy, convenient, efficient, and fast. The team there is well coordinated and everyone from the PA's, ER Doctors, nurses and registration staff are friendly, knowledgeable, have a sense of urgency to get you the attention and care you need. It's smaller than a lot of Baylor ER's and that makes it highly desirable for service quickly.

Great facility. Had an escort to my prep room waiting before I even finished checking in. Less than 5 minutes. Minimum time waiting to be taken to surgery and discharge from the facility was fast and efficient.
The staff was great and the services were top notch! I did not have to wait at all to be seen by the nurses and doctor and received excellent care. I would HIGHLY recommend this ER to anyone in immediate need of medical attention.

Overall Experience:
My hospital stay had both positive and concerning aspects.
Post-Surgery Care:
After surgery, a urinary catheter was inserted, which caused excruciating internal pain and significant discomfort.
Pain Management & Response Time:
While lying in bed in severe pain, I called for a nurse multiple times. Unfortunately, some calls were not answered, and there were noticeable delays in response. Despite repeated attempts, I did not receive timely assistance.
Due to the ongoing pain and lack of response, I felt compelled to say that I wanted to go home rather than remain in pain without adequate care. Only after expressing this concern did I receive attention, approximately 30 minutes later.
Once the catheter was removed, I experienced immediate relief from the pressure and pain.
Staff Attentiveness:
The delay in response raised concerns about attentiveness and potential understaffing.
Facility Cleanliness:
The hospital itself was clean and well-maintained.
Staff Recognition:
One positive highlight was the PM nurse, Priscilla, who was very gentle, kind, and compassionate in her care.
Additional Comments / Suggestions:
If staffing shortages are contributing to delays in patient care, this should be addressed. I am considering bringing this matter to the Hospital Board so that my concerns can be heard and improvements can be made.

Friendly staff
The whole experience was seamless from arrival to departure. The staff stayed on top of my procedure and made sure I stayed informed. I wholly and heartily recommend BSW Frisco for medical procedures.
Extremely beautiful facility with the nicest staff in every aspect! The lobby made us feel like we were in an upscale hotel lobby - and all personnel were extremely nice and friendly. Best hospital I have experienced!
I loved everything about this hospital and the staff. Everyone that we encountered went beyond what they were supposed to do. We were very impressed with of course, Dr Christian Royer, Colese in Recovery, Tanner, the nurse in pre-op, the Anesthesiologist-so personal and caring and the whole staff everywhere. The only problem was that my husband and daughter were really hungry, due to the fact that they are redoing the cafeteria. The bottled water machine did not work.
Very impressed though with the staff. In recovery, everyone walks their legs off, doing one thing after another. They are so busy, but stay in tune to all the patient's needs.
I will recommend this hospital highly to my friends.

I've used BSW Medical Center many, many times over the past few years, and I'd prefer this facility over any other. EVERYONE is pleasant, patient, personable and professional. The lobby/check-in area is always sparkling clean, and everyone smiles when we walk in. The doctors are AMAZING! Whenever I have surgery or a surgical procedure and BSW Medical Center is an option, I always request this hospital. GREAT JOB staff and volunteers!!!

Everyone there was very professional, concerned, but most of all gentle. My anesthesiologist was thorough and really looked into my medical history.
The one thing I could say is I keep trying to correct my phone number, because the home number you have was disconnected seven years ago. And everyone I’ve talked to since says they’ll eliminate it. Yet, my anesthesiologist was given that number and was not able to communicate with me before the surgery, from this. I missed important directions on medication I should’ve taken before my surgery.
The staff is always great and explain everything before and after surgery. Very clean and well maintained location.
All primary and support services, especially nursing. Did not find anything lacking. If a question was raised concerning any aspect of care, an answer was obtained. Care was thorough, no questions unanswered. Thank you!

The staff from receiving to the technicians to the doctor was excellent. I was treated with courtesy, and an urgency provided the best care that I could have. Explanations were clear, and my options were explaining to me. All through the process I felt heard and understood. Fridays and competent sea of the staff was excellent. The thing that I valued, the most was that I felt cared for I would highly recommend. I felt that I got the best care I would like to think all those will help me.

I was asked to arrive at 6am, which I did. After checkin, most of which I had already completed, I waited for over an hour in the lobby with no updates. My surgery started at 841am and I was in a wheelchair outside at 1037am. The post op process was rushed and cold. I was offered a snack but the only option was shortbread cookies. I had to shout so someone could help me get to the restroom. My pro op experience was completely different. Teri was an AMAZING nurse. So kind and thoughtful. Dr. Whittaker called the night prior and his bedside manner is phenomenal. The two OR nurses were good. Dr. V was great as always.
The post op experience was nearly inhumane. The staff was clearly stressed. Poorly done.
