Everyone made my 2nd c section recovery as comfortable as they could. Everyone was attentive and helpful. I am thankful for a safe delivery and recovery for both of my pregnancies at Baylor Frisco.

The outpatient surgery process was both personal and efficient. Cindy, my preop RN, Pam M, my OR RN and Taylor my PACU RN were all caring and attentive. My anesthesiologist, Dr Holder did a fabulous job in my nerve block and my surgeon Dr Howard was excellent.
I highly recommend Baylor Plano for medical care.

Everyone was great
Other than being called continuously every other day about a co-pay, the staff was very professional, once I finally showed up to my appointment.
Very attentive staff
Everyone was very professional, very kind and helpful. The staff of nurses, registration desk and the assist to the car after were all excellent.
Nurses should put more efforts to make sure patient is able to dilated and able to do normal deliveries.
Every one I dealt with were extremely nice and helpful. I had a very short wait time. Very happy with the treatment I received.
I really appreciate how caring and attentive everyone was, especially the nursing staff. They were so kind, patient and supportive during such an important time for me. CARING, FRIENDLY, HARDWORKING, TIMELY, THOROUGH, PROFESSIONAL..EVERY SINGLE TEAM MEMBER! I would never go anywhere else for ER care! My son is an ER physician in San Antonio. Once opened, in Frisco, we always used this ER when he and his 3 siblings were growing up. He went to Baylor. I can’t help but surmise this ER contributed to his professional career and direction. Y’all are amazing and phenomenal! I praise God for everyone of you!

I like that most of the doctors get down to the bottom of why you’re there.
expertise

I was treated very well. I did have a problem afterward though, and no one to speak to. I had anesthesia and just like in May when I had surgery, I was left with swollen glands around my neck. In May, it was an infection and I ended up with pneumonia.
I called Dr Collins' office on Friday (the next day) asking for an antibiotic. I finally heard back on TUESDAY, with the doctor saying to follow up with my primary care doctor. I was frustrated with the slow response and the blow off. My left side feels OK as of today (Friday the 20th, a week later) but my right side still hurts. I did not appreciate the very slow response, and then the response was get an appointment with my primary doctor, which would have been a few more days. At this point, I am hoping it's not an infection and I am not in danger of pneumonia.
