My husband typically only gets Sunday off. I was thrilled that West Point cycles was open on Sunday as none of the other bike stores were open on Sunday. This is the day we get to go shopping as a family. We were looking for two new high quality bikes and helmets for our 4 and 7 year old. The young man who helped us greeted us the moment we walked in the door. He was kind, and extremely helpful when it came to shopping for new bikes for my kiddos. He was attentive, friendly and knowledgeable. We had our very adventurous 23 month old with us as well and it was so wonderful to have the great customer service that we experienced as shopping with a toddler in tow is no easy task. There was a second young man from the service department who came out to our car when we were putting the bikes in our van and offered some cardboard and some help. I would recommend West Point cycles to all my family and friends. We will be returning for all of our bicycle needs. Please thank these young men again from us!
