The staff of West Point Cycles were absolutely fantastic! I have not had that level of customer service from a Canadian company in a long time. They were courteous, knowledgeable, reasonably priced and expedient. Many local companies could learn a lot from this outstanding team.

Everyone was extremely helpful and polite. Didn't treat me like I was a crazy lady when I ask for training wheels for my bike. Went out of their way to find some but they wouldn't fit.
Did agreat job on cleaning the bike. And put on my bike rack for me. Very helpful.
Brought my trek bike in for a tune up. Had an issue with my gears for a few years. Had it serviced at few places and the issue was never resolved. The fellow in service immediately noticed the issue and did the repair. I will definitely keep going there for all my bike stuff. Thank you

Customer satisfaction is clearly a focus at West Point as was evident in our online purchase of two E-bikes, one of which had some issues, which can happen. It was impressive how quickly and effectively the company dealt with these that stands out. Many companies give lip service to customer service but at West Point, it’s a real thing. If you’re considering purchasing a bike here, including online, you won’t be disappointed. Highly recommended.
