A genuine pleasure to deal with a company that provides far more than simply trying to quickly sell you stuff. They also offer great post-purchase support. As a lifelong daily cyclist and recent purchaser of a new Trek, I’ve been to every bike store in town, and none other comes close. Not long after purchase, I was chatting with a friend who had recently gone through a similar situation and had reached exactly the same conclusion. Simply the best. Reliably provide the best services!! Assess your bike and discuss with you as to what your needs are rather than pursuing items that aren’t necessary. Highly skilled and knowledgeable about everything cycling. Yet they come across as being friendly and interested in you and your cycling needs. Also a great shop to browse and pick up accessories for you and your bike. I come from north Burnaby to their shop because I can trust them, their suggestions and work!! Don’t miss out!

Great service all round. Staff at the Main Street location, in particular Cyrus, were very helpful and provided excellent background information on my first E-Bike the Trek FX+2. I have been riding a lot more and getting out there on longer rides, and the assist is a fantastic feature to get me up those steep hills, especially after my recovery from a medical procedure on my heart. I would highly recommend West Point Cycles. The sale prices on certain E-bikes now are also very good.

Very helpful and knowledgeable sales staff. I am a senior and I really appreciated all the details and explanations as to the working parts of my new ebike. Many good suggestions were made as to accessories, all of which I really appreciated. Getting an ebike was a big step for me and having knowledgeable, patient and friendly staff at West Point helped me make my decision. I had looked at the same bike at 4 other cycling shops but the patience and courtesy of your sales staff convinced me I was making a good choice and was with a vendor who I could stay connected with as I learn and enjoy my new found freedom on a bike that will help me get up the hills.
