Tim listened to what we were looking for in a bike. He walked us through our options and helped us narrow down the choices without being "the pushy salesman". He helped my son with a couple of test drives and eventually our son landed on the bike he wanted. Tim was professional throughout. We've already made a decision to come to West Point Cycles next year for dad's bike!

I have purchased a number of bikes at West Point over the years as well as having my bikes serviced from time to time. The staff are always knowledgeable and friendly. My most recent visit was for my eBike servicing, which was completed quickly; my bike feels and runs like new. But this rating is also for the Kerrisdale store manager Bob who went to great lengths so solve a missing store credit that didn't show up in the system. It is simply fantastic customer service that you don't get very often in retail stores. Thank you!
