I went in to buy a pair of cycling shoes. I found that the staff was very attentive and i was provided with outstanding customer service. The shoes i wanted weren’t available in my size but they were brought in for me from another location. I was able to return to the store the following day to pick up my new shoes. I found the staff to be very friendly. helpful, knowledgable. competent, and considerate.
I appreciate that the staff were responsive when I called them with questions and concerns about my shipment, and that they accommodated a short extension for me to return an item because I live very far from a location and work during the week.
Both products and services are great. Your bike mechanic (Kevin) was excellent. He patiently walked me through options for a drive train upgrade I'm contemplating. I was very impressed with his level of knowledge and will get the work done there once I decide on the best upgrade option (11 vs 12 speed).
