Out on a ride and my shifting battery died. I dropped into West Point Cycles on W 10th intending to buy a new battery. Instead, they gave me a loaner and shipped mine back to my local store fully charged, at no-charge. I am rarely blown away by customer service but these guys know what they are doing! Absolutely excellent customer service. The staff made me feel totally comfortable and patiently explained everything about how the e-bike worked. I never felt judged about being a senior getting back into cycling and wanting to purchase a bike that would suit my needs.

It was done quickly a simple repair but it came in on the lower end of the estimate and that's always good and I'll bring my bike back there again for the next thing I had an accident and several things were damaged on my bike so one at a time I'm getting fixed the next item I will go there once again and have the work done there
