Unfortunately I don’t remember his name, but the man who helped me pick up the bike in store was wonderful. He was so kind with explaining everything to me and helping me pick out accessories. The bike is a gift for my husband and I know nothing about cycling. Truly a 10/10 for customer service! Highly recommend this shop.

West Point Cycles has a great selection of bikes. The staff were pleasant and welcoming, helpful in answering questions and offering information on options.. They made their recommendations on what would be most suitable for my needs in a non-pushy way. The decision which direction to go was a process and they encouraged me each visit to take a test ride. Following up with emails on availability of accessories, and after purchase checking in to make sure all was going well with my new bike. I found the customer service was top-notch. As an added plus, no one else in Canada was offering such a competitive price on this particular bike. I am loving my beautiful new Electra Vale Go!
