WPC offer fantastic customer service along with excellent interpersonal skills. No bike snobbery. Everyone is welcome. A genuine pleasure to deal with a company that provides far more than simply trying to quickly sell you stuff. They also offer great post-purchase support. If you’re even thinking of buying a bike in Vancouver, this is the place to go. As a lifelong daily cyclist and recent purchaser of a new Trek, I’ve been to every bike store in town, and none other comes close. Not long after purchase, I was chatting with a friend who had recently gone through a similar situation and had reached exactly the same conclusion. Simply the best.
