Friendly and approachable staff who don't patronize an older female cyclist. Good workshop that is not too expensive and delivers on time.
Would be nice to see more cycle clothing suitable for females and in brighter colours, and more variety in brands. Most of the items stocked are darker colours and I prefer to ride in much brighter clothing.
Trek Northlakes was the definition of good service. I went in about a week before buying having done no research and not knowing what I wanted from a bike. Nathan showed so much patience and technical knowledge. He spent over 30 minutes with me just going through my options and answering questions. He was easy to talk to despite my lack of knowledge. I went to several other stores that afternoon and Trek was the standout. A week later I took my wife with me and were very happy to see Nathan again, where again he gave us the same level of attention. He looked after us on price, and also helped us with helmets and other accessories. Also a special shout out to Tom who helped us when we picked the bikes up for answering all our questions and helping to get the bikes in the car. It seems everyone at Trek is pationate and very knowledgeable. We love our new bikes and would recommend anyone who is interested to go to Trek.

I liked the fact that when I entered, I was promptly greeted, and that my bike collection went smoothly and quickly. When I enquired about a bike kickstand, I was not only told the price, but was offered to have it installed for me on my behalf. 10/10 service
