We were welcomed into the store although we had visited some time ago and failed to make a decision about making a purchase. We received very helpful advice on choosing our bikes and the things we should bear in mind in the use of these bikes. There was no hesitation in offering us a test ride which we undertook. We ordered two eMTBs and only had a short wait of 7 days for one of the bikes to be brought into stock. Collection of the bikes was very easy and we rode them home.
Trek are great bikes, and the team at Trek Clarence street have taken awesome care of me for the last 20 years.
