Trek / Bontrager products are good design, good quality and adequately durable. Some constructive criticism intended to be helpful - the shop is spacious but kind of soul-less - has a vibe that you need to be a cashed up 20 to 30 year old to shop there.

The lads here are top notch, handled multiple minor warranty claims for me at the same time on my e-bike and my daughter's bike. Zero hassle. Very Friendly. Additionally went above and beyond to track down and fit a new chainring and chain for me even when I said I was happy to do it myself. That type of service is hard to come by these days.
