Very knowledgeable staff, I had an issue with my bike caused by the Williamstown store and the gentleman I spoke to immediately spotted the issue, confirmed the cause, sorted the fix and a couple of days later handed me the bike that works sweet again.
Simple stuff but when your team know what they are doing, it makes it easy to trust and continue engaging with the store!

Really happy with my purchase of the Trek Ballista! 🚴♂️💨 The helmet is lightweight, comfortable, and feels very aerodynamic. The fit is excellent, and the ventilation is great even on longer rides.
