We had a great experience at Trek Bicycle Hoppers Crossing. The sales guy named King was amazing—friendly, knowledgeable, and really helpful. He took the time to help my son Ty find the perfect bike and made sure it was the right fit. Ty left feeling so excited. Nothing was too much trouble, and the service was fantastic. Highly recommend!

Suresh and Bill were very helpful and informative about my bike service. They had a delay in getting it done in the Friday and called, being very apologetic and undertook to make sure the bike was fully done for Saturday pick up. Suresh also advised the price upfront so there were no surprises. The bike was said to be like new (7 years old) when I picked it up. When I rode it out of there it definitely was like a new bike, very smooth, and got some good tips from Bill on using the gears properly and pumping up the tyres.

Service was brilliant, Travis answered all of my initial questions with speed and directness, and even offered options for me. When I picked up my bike, all of the staff were extremely helpful, from finding the bike to fitting accessories! Will definitely be back in future!

The level of knowledge and customer service at Trek Windsor is just superb. They are always looking for the best options for clients and happy to research and involve vendors to get the right outcomes. One of the best things is they have trialled most of the products and can give real world experience and understanding before you go down the same path. Thank you Trek Windsor for everything and I will be back to get my bike serviced, adjusted or upgraded in the future.
