Great staff and very knowledgeable
Guys in the shop are friendly, listen to understand what's important to me, moved things around to get a quick job done immediately and me out the door riding. Price was good, service amazing. Too many bike shops have a standoff attitude. Before coming into Trek I was in the Specialized shop just down the road and they acted like I was doing them a favour walking in the door.

Both Eamon and Tatyana were very friendly and helpful. I hadn't committed 100% to TREK before attending the Turramurra store, but their knowledge & high level of customer service convinced me that buying local was advantageous. They spent a number of hours showing me the bikes and answering my questions. They took the time to set up the bike to my size and weight and I undertook a number of test rides. I am extremely happy with my TREK Rail+.
Big bag rental. Who needs to buy one when you can rent one and not have to store it at home when you're not using it. Thanks Trek.

The team always provide good service, are very honest about what needs to be repaired, and offer minimal repair options to adjust the budget, which hasn't happened to me in other stores of other brands, so I really appreciate their honesty in every way.
Great product selection and even better customer service. Lachlan was excellent from start to finish and helped my partner and i feel welcome and understood when looking for our next bike. The size we were after wasn't in stock so Lachlan managed to organise it from another store and get it brought to Williamstown so we could pick it up locally, great stuff. Couldn't recommend Trek Williamstown and Lachlan highly enough
King was amazing to deal with, it was recommended by a good friend to go look at the Treks and King really topped it off. He introduced himself asked what exactly I’d be using the bike for, showed me the below and above model I was originally looking at and knew his products!
