Your service is extremely fair & honest, on 2 occasions l was booked in for a level 2 service & both times was called to be informed that the bike does not need a level 2 service & a level 1 would be more than adequate to cover what is needed.

As always the Trek team across the three Canberra stores have provided great service. I wanted my bike serviced before an event, the Philip store couldn’t fit me in beforehand, and they suggested that I contact the Fyshwick store. They were able to oblige thankfully. I was given a ball park figure as to the cost & what would be done. As always prompt, helpful & friendly service.
The Alliant 7 is an excellent bike, and the staff were super helpful in doing a layby while I got the money from i surance.

I really appreciate the service he provides and for that reason, I drive all the way to burleigh from Southport just to avoid going to the Ashmore store - his service is that good, and my experience with Ashmore a few years ago was sub-par.
