I do appreciate TREK's quality products - as they have developed over decades of refinement - that reputation and commercial achievement has given us as cyclists access to all the requirements that work together without having to think about what's compatible with what.
As for the dedicated TREK Bike Shops service staffing - it offers a non-pushy and very polite approach which works well with any customer considering one of a large variety of bikes.
