The full customer service was excellent ! I’ve had fabulous service from multiple Trek stores since purchasing my Checkpoint SL 5 in 2020. The Ttek team Richmond were great - check in was easy, told when things would get done, Tim the mechanic called to give a briefing on what he saw and needed to be done with costs. Although staffing must be a problem, the staff on duty are as positive, friendly, open to a chat and generally most helpful - even to the extent of being pushy on product ( a good thing )!

Initially recommended a Level 2 Intermediate Service, as the bike I brought into store (Joondalup) hadn't been ridden in some time. Store manager who performed the service (Matthew), then knocked back the service to a Level 1, as on further inspection the bike was in good condition. This saved me quite a bit of money on my initial outlay for the bike, so I was very happy about that, and got myself back on the bike. First ride, commute back home from the store no dramas. Only feedback would be tire pressure could have been a little firmer although I am no expert on this.
Service was extremely quick, 2 day turn around.
As for the products (bikes), I have always rode Trek since around 2005, a 3900. They are market leading and have a strong history which I feel makes a difference when you'll likely be riding your investment for some time. A little pride in your ride fuels the rider :)

The staff went above and beyond with helping me out with spare parts. Was chasing one part to finish off my wheel rebuild that wouldn’t be available for a few months and they sorted me out with a used spare part they had. Saved my wheel build!
Peter, the sales assistant was fantastic. His passion and knowledge for the product he is selling is second to none. Not only did he tell me all about the bike, but introduced me to clubs and gave me information on tracks in the area that I should ride, given that I’m brand new to the area.
Overall, I had a great experience. I love my new Trek, he sold me what I wanted/needed and didn’t try to oversell me on a more expensive product.
He took the time to find out what I needed in a new bike and that’s exactly what I walked out with.
